Fuse Location for Driver Seat memory

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know the Fuse Location for Driver Seat and / or Seat memory?.

Currently I can not set new memory seat position for 1 or 2 ever since I replace my battery. I know there are is another thread but no one really answered this question.

When I press 1 or 2 It does move the seat to a position I don't want. I hit set and 1 or 2 but it just changes the seat location from a pre-set I can't remove.

Thanks

Quick answer... Looks to me like its fuse #19 (in passenger room side).

Long answer...

Parsed-out from the Service Manual:

- Power Seat System (includes trouble symptoms)

- Power Seat Memory System (diagnostics)

- Power Seat System (wiring diagram)

Attached the above as pdf to this thread.

Good luck and please post your fix to help others who may run into this.

Mechanical or Electrical connections?

Electrical... There is a main connector block with 2 small connectors on each side and 1 bigger one in the middle.. thats the one I'm looking for.. If you need plug number these are the ones I have 12370 12360 and 12183.

I would like to give a big shout out to Derek (painless) for his hard work.today.. Helped me track down some electrical schematics. I'll post up in " What you did to your Gen 6" when my project is finished.
