  1. Installed Autostop Eliminator and after a week it is performing as advertised. Install location was unusual as it plugs into the eyesight system after removing the sunglasses holder/overhead console. Now always off (disabled).
  2. After downloading the full Service Manual (yes all 12,674 pages), I was poking around and found in the "LIGHTING SYSTEM > Headlight Assembly" section... The High Beam, Low Beam, Parking, Side marker, and DRL bulbs are not replaceable and are all integral of the Headlight Assembly. Looked online and it appears as though the Headlight Assembly is over $400. So... Any one of those bulbs go out it looks like a trip to the dealership for some of us and at least $400 for all of us. Very disappointing evolution.
  3. J1010SAN200 Splash Guards Seventh Generation Legacy (2020 - ) Installation Video to 2024 Subaru Legacy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LH4ExD3IpIk&t=324s
  4. I have a spare L&R side mirror covers but they may not fit your year. Part number inside says "VB26 A6082-510 R" and "VB26 AB145-547 L". The Subaru P/N I assume to be "91059FL11A" and "91059FL12A". They are from my 2016 & 2019 Legacy's and already painted Crystal White Pearl.
  5. My installation using roughriduz suggestion. I used the center structure as it was straight and close proximity to the socket (the LED strip is rigid). Cleaned the beam first before using the adhesive strip. Threaded the connector through the cage.
  6. Ordered the H621SAN000 for $274.66 including shipping (thanks to avk for providing details of their installation). Dealership quoted ~$600 to install (parts and labor). Once I have an afternoon free, I'll dig into it (and pay myself the $300). There is quite a bit that needs to come apart so probably not this weekend. Maybe put together a youtube video of the installation to share.
  7. Well... Here's my first post to the seventh generation forum after 8 years in the sixth generation forum so hello everyone! Just took delivery of my new 2024 after my '19 Sport was totaled. The other driver ran a red light. Luckily I had a dashcam. My package does not have a CD player and, well, my wife and I are Gen X so we still play CD's in the car. SOA parts look to be $600-$800 or so. I haven't downloaded the Service Manual yet to see if the harness is already installed. Dealership will likely charge waaay too much. Anyone add a CD player to their seventh gen yet?
  8. Careful with the Denso... https://www.legacygt.com/topic/134620-warning-denso-airfuel-sensor-pn-234-9138/#comment-2758368
  9. The Service Manual (for the TR580 and TR690 Transmissions) as part of the installation calls out the following steps after transmission refill: Perform the operation for clearing AT learning value. <Ref. to CVT(diag)-26, Clear Memory Mode.> Perform the operation of AT learning mode. <Ref. to CVT(diag)-33, Learning Control.> Execute the rear differential inspection mode. <Ref. to DI-83, Rear Differential Inspection Mode.> CAUTION: Always execute the rear differential inspection mode at the replacement of the following. • Replacement of transmission assembly Did you do them?
  10. St. Louis, MO $150-$170 per hour (based on three dealerships). Springfield, IL $140 per hour.
  11. chowser51 That is the one real drawback with LED's. Won't melt ice/snow. I run into the same issue and just need to be diligent about keeping them clear.
  12. I've had good luck with Hikari LED Headlights (from Amazon).
