COBB AP numbers after a 200 mile drive...

Aha, that was new to me. Yet another reason I'm happy I have an '05 instead of an '07-'09. Anyway, once you have those sealed up, I bet you see some much happier numbers.

The back TGV cover plate is going to be tough. I had to order some ultra slim offset Phillips screwdriver handles in order to remove the bolts and seal the leak. Even with a offset screwdriver there was not enough room between the turbo body and the bolt head to get in there. Otherwise I am removing a lot of big pieces that I don’t want to.

Glad to hear you figured it out! those stupid TGVs. Id say delete it, reclaim your 5 hp, and use your AP to stop this from triggering a CEL.

We can easily get below 0°F here so I not sure if that's the best idea. Unless it will start and run at that low temp without issues?
