Well Trump won and the Seahawks just beat the Patriots in Foxborough, two things I never thought would happen this year. I had the Patriots by 10 this game and they lost by a touchdown. I guess my crystal ball is broken, I should retire it.

All of Sudden we have an Oline and a decent Run game, Prosise looked fantastic, we get Rawls back next week, Bennett in Two, things are looking up.

Great game last night Raiders Vs Texans in Mexico City, Raiders are now sitting at 8-2 at the top of their division, the playoff picture this year looks very interesting. It got me thinking what if we both made to the Super Bowl.... a Raiders - Seahawks Superbowl would be awesome, two former bitter division rivals going at it, would be pretty epic.

Seahawks look like the favorite on paper. I'm still sticking with this as the NFL Playoff Picture:

NFC: 1. Seahawks 2.Giants 3.Falcons 4. Lions 5.Cowboys 6.Redskins

Bubble: Vikings, Packers, Eagles, Panthers

AFC: 1.Patriots 2. Raiders 3.Texans 4.Ravens 5. Broncos 6. Chiefs

Bubble: Bills, Chargers, Colts, Dolphins, Steelers

The road to the Superbowl goes through Foxboro.

The only game the Pats have left thats close is the Broncos.

The Raiders could lose any and all of the next 3 games and then they have to go into Mile High stadium without resting starters.

Meanwhile, the pats will be resting starters against Miami.

I don't think the Raiders are sweating the Broncos much, they just beat them a couple of weeks ago, and if they stay on top, then it will be a home game for them.

Raiders are undefeated on the road right now. They aren't sweating going to Denver. They don't fear anyone but they do respect them. There's a big difference and a key to them winning those close games that they lost last year. Must be nice playing in arguably, the worst division in football. I see you look at the Patriots as Godly but any given Sunday....

P.S. Refs made horrible calls on both teams. Let's throw a PI in the end zone during a pass that was no where close to being caught...that's not PI. Raiders have been getting bent over by the refs since the beginning of time so I don't wanna heat that Raiders got refs bs.

The Raiders did get some home cooking from the Refs though   The texans were blatently robbed of a touchdown early on, and the horrible ball spotting on 2nd, 3rd AND 4th down of the texans 2nd to last drive. That game should have went in to OT at the very least, if not the Texans should have won.

Raiders have been screwed by refs since the beginning of time? Pls don't bring up the Tuck Rule game, because you made it to the super bowl the year after that and got beat by your own head coach.

yawn.

8-3 for the Giants! Granted 3 of our last 6 wins have been against shit teams (Bengals, Bears & Browns) it's momentum this team needs going in to their final 5 games. Steelers game could become a defense optional game, but the Giants do have a better defense. Cowboys in 2 weeks will be a battle royale. Lions will be a pretty good game as well, finishing out the season with the Eagles & Redskins on the road will be tough. I'm still sticking with 10-6, 11-5 at best to finish the year.

Gronk is out for possibly the rest of the season, needs surgery on a ruptured disk. Several articles are citing the hit delivered by Earl Thomas as the cause, but Earl hit him in the Chest not the Back....did something else happen that I'm not aware of? Hope Gronkowski heals quickly and fully from this.

Mike Reiss

ESPN Staff Writer

The New England Patriots and the Gronkowski family are providing the following update regarding Rob Gronkowski's recent injuries: During the Seattle game on November 13, Rob sustained a hit to the chest that resulted in a pulmonary contusion to his lung. Rob was examined by several specialists at Massachusetts General Hospital as directed by the team, as well as an independent physician. He received medical clearance to return to play two weeks later for the New York Jets game on November 27. After a hit early in the Jets game, Rob began to experience significant back and leg pain. This injury forced him to leave the game and he did not return. With the help of the Patriots medical staff, along with the consultation of several medical experts, it has been determined that it is in Rob's best long-term interest to undergo surgery to address his lower back injury. Rob is expected to have surgery tomorrow. We do not expect that he will be able to play for the remainder of the 2016 season, but will await the results of tomorrow's surgery before making a final determination. Rob has always been one of our hardest workers and was voted captain for the leadership he provides on our team. We are deeply saddened any time a player is lost to injury. We are committed to assisting Rob throughout his recovery and look forward to his return to playing football for the New England Patriots.

The curse of Madden strikes again!

I will admit to voting against Gronk one year. But it was less the superstition and more of the "I don't want to have to hear about it when I read articles on the Patriots" sort of way. Oh well.

If Bennett can get healthy and Lewis can get his grove back I'm not too concerned. The Raiders aren't as good as their record and Broncos might not even make the playoffs. No other team in the AFC concerns me.

The NFC on the other hand... Dallas, Seattle, and Atlanta are all great teams.

I like Seattle and maybe Atlanta to prevail.

you really should be fearing Eli manning in the playoffs. Granted it's been a while but he's 8-3 in his playoff career.

I don't fear Eli Manning. I fear the Divine Intervention that he seems to receive at the end of huge playoff games.
