MrTris
But I changed the entire pcv assembly, http://www.infamousperformance.net/servlet/the-632/Subaru-05-dsh-06-Legacy-GT/Detail Unless the stem that mounts onto is the culprit. I can't seem to find any diagrams or pictures of what that pcv assembly actually mounts to. Because my clutch seems to have gone prematurely and I was thinking oil got in the mix. That stem is literally a hole in the block. But it's also close to the bellhousing plug, which, if your clutch is leaking oil, then, yes, it could spit it out of that plug. 1-3-2-4
I think I got the issue with the hoses as well.. I had to remove the hoses to take the ocv off.. well I did not know they pop up and need a clamp so I have oil sitting on top of the block which will explain the heavy white smoke. kzr750r1
How did you change the PCV without changing the assembly? If you didn't crack the manifold then good on you... Some have been able to do it.
