Thanks guys. :)

I'm running pinks w/ stock usdm struts. the ride and handling are good but I'm sure there is more to be had w/ a better set of struts.

I paid $180 blasted and coated. kind of a steal if you ask me. That's the same price I paid to have the stock 17's done. The guy said next time these wheels would cost $200.

Screw it, I'm sold. I didn't want to spend over $1600 for a 18X8 wheel and tire package, but I'm willing to stretch my budget for the Prodrives.

My question is this, I don't want any rubbing issues, I'm on pinks W/ stock USDM struts, can I run a 235/40/18 tire without having to roll the fenders?

Did I say these wheels are beautiful yet?

it will work fine

Thanks Hanger:icon_mrgr Finally.... my search for wheels is over. God that was harder than I thought it would be.

-Edit-

The only thing that sucks with 235/40/18 is the tire selection. I'm going with Kumho Ecsta ASX, a lot of people recomended these.

^i'm going to change my tires to those also :D

Who would've thought that finding an 18X8 Silver wheels with the right offset would be so hard lol. I'm really not that picky either, I like 5 spoke, 7 spoke, split-finger 5 spokes etc. What I really wanted from the getgo was SSR GT7-H wheels, but they were just a bit out of my range. Then I started looking at rotas, like the SDR's, but they were 17X7.5, then it was torques and others. But after all of that, I'm just going to cough up the extra dough and get the Prodrives. These are just too nice looking to pass up, plus it sounds like they are pretty durable too; which is good because my LGT is my daily driver. It was Opie's car that sold me in the end.

I am going to ask my parts connection at my local subi dealership who is a prodrive vendor what kind of a deal he can give me. I was thinking of getting the P1's in anthercite but these just look so nice.

My problem is that I can't decide which springs to go with on the stock struts.

I think the drop looks perfect with the Pinks on the stock USDM struts (about .75 F&R), just check out Mattg's stance in this thread if you want to know how it looks. You will feel the bumps a lot more though, but the performance gained is worth it. My suspension setup is: Pinks on USDM struts, Cusco F & R sways, and a Cusco Front Tower strut brace. It's plenty stiff, and it corners real hard and flat.

Best deal on these prodrives I've seen is $1196 with free shipping.
