NeOxXt
Gentlemen, Please advise where these grounds land, if you will: This one comes off the transmission case and is long enough to land somewhere near the pitch stop/dogbone. More than likely my fault and missed during tranny removal: (Thought I had a better pic. Will start with this one...) http://i.imgur.com/RoYgwsl.jpg This one is large gauge and formed to land somewhere specific I can't figure out. Definitely a main ground, as it's on the starter leg. Received the car this way, unfortunately. http://i.imgur.com/6EaxQgn.jpg Car has been very hesitant when starting and I recently threw code P0607 and I'm hoping it's because of the grounds. Your help is appreciated! Thanks!
Underdog
Top one looks like it should be the one going to the pitch stop mount on the firewall, almost directly to the right and up slightly in that pic, but there is already one there? Bottom one is secured using "top" bolt for the starter. The Crimson Dynamo
NeOxXt
Thanks for the reply Underdog. Looking at the pic again, perhaps I was looking for the other end of the pitch stop mount...on the tranny side, which is why I took the pic that way (been a while). Any ideas? I'm pretty sure I had the bottom one mounted with the starter bolt but it didn't seem right. Thanks for the confirmation.
Max Capacity
In your first picture the ground wire appears to be attached to the side of the bracket on the firewall where the pitch stop mounts. Your picture is kind of close to get a good look at what's in your hand. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD).
