I had the chance to go to his workshop to pick up my piece and damn... I could have picked out a couple of more to take home with me. He put this Bird and Trout up as a one off build and I had to jump on it. It feels amazing and even my wife approved! (It must be the Damascus ) Rob is extremely passionate about what he creates and it shows in his workmanship. I love the looks of them, but I just don't have any practical uses for it, so I've never really followed them. I've got a $25 Fiskars that I bought on a whim after seeing how they made them on How It's Made. As tools and weapons. I only have your average hardware store 30 dollar axe. My sympathy for anyone who lives in Ohio. Yep, we've got some rather stupid blade-length laws in various municipalities. The preemption thing ticks me off.
