  1. Unfortunately I did not get the asking price but it's not too far off. Don't worry I'll be in another boxer soon enough. Heavily leaning towards a RWD H6 one.
  2. The end of an era. I'm selling my 2008 Subaru Legacy with STi Trans professionally built by Six Star Motorsports and Tuned by Boosted performance. Year, Make and Model: 2008 Subaru Legacy GT Color: Diamond Gray Metallic Miles: 127,XXX Transmission: 11 STi 6MT Title: IL-Clean Lien: None Location: Elgin, IL VIN:4S3BL676286206460 Seller's email address: AdamDumdie@Gmail.com Asking Price: 16,000 Engine Tomioka 2971R IAG TGV Deletes IAG Street AOS ID1050X SSM EBCS SSM/FuelLab Stumble Kit w/ inline fuel filter SSM Flex Fuel Kit SSM Airpump delete iWire/AEM AFR DW 340lph DW Fuel Pump Hardwire Kit Turbo XS Catted Downpipe Perrin ELH w/ Ceramic coating Grimmspeed EWG Uppipe Grimmspeed TMIC Grimmspeed Wastegate Bracket Turbosmart 38mm EWG recirculated HKS Silent Hi-Power Exhaust Cobb Turbo Inlet Cobb Intake w/ Box Cobb BPV Moroso Steel oil pan & pick-up Koyo Hyper V Rad Samco Radiator Hoses GDT Cyl 4 cooling hose Trans 11 STi Trans OEM Flywheel ACT HDSS DCCD Pro Spiider Kartboy Holy shift kit Motul 300 75w90 Brakes & Suspension DBA 4000 T3 Front KNS Blank Rear EBC Yellow Stuff Braided Stainless lines GS MBC OEM 15+ STi Steering Rack Fortune Auto 500s 8k/8k Coils w/ 2k Overvalve Whiteline Antilift/ Bumpsteer kit Whitelines KTA124 Whiteline Diff Bushings Whiteline Pitchstop Group N Motormounts Cobb/Hotchkis Sway Bars Exterior 04 STi BBS Michelin X-Ice 3s Falken Azenis 615K+ Bayson R Lip OEM Splashguards Primitive Racing 3/16 skidplate Switchback LED Turn Signals LED brake lights LED turn signals JDM Battery and ABS Covers Dodge Yellow Flex Fuel Gas Cap Ford Flex Fuel Badge Interior OEM All Weather Mats OEM Wagon Cargo Mat GS Shift Knob JDM Double Din Alpine Halo iLX-F259 Alpine Type R 6.5 Component Speakers Alpine Type R 6.5 Coaxial Speakers Back-up Camera It's not letting me upload photos so here's a google photo album. https://photos.app.goo.gl/hXxqtL6VDWjX4Dzq5
  3. I've got 235/45 on there now but my concern is the extra height is going to rub. I was looking something that going to make me a better driver, the RE71s can hide a lot of driver mistakes and also they wear pretty quick on Track/Auto-X days. I was stuck between Hankook RS-4 and the Falken RT615K+ but was leaning toward the Falken because non directional. So I'm probably going to get 235/45R17 RS-4s for summer and 205/50R17 Blizzak WS80s for winter.
  4. I've been toying around the idea of running a 245/45R17 Falken Azenis RT615K+ on 04 STI 17x7.5 -53mm offset wheel, what clearance issue would I have?
  5. Replaced the O2 per tuner recommendation, and filled it up with some E85. Really happy with the way the car turned out after everything. I think some better tires and some custom valved FA500s are in my future but for now I'm overall content. Turbo is a BNR EvoIII and I'm using a recirculated EWG.
  6. So the CT clamp has a bit of interference with stuff around the throttle body we discovered, and on the turbo side. Dual bead would be preferred in those locations. No issues by the TMIC itself though.
  7. My car is currently sitting on a base map until it gets dyno tuned for flex fuel next week. So far though logs haven't shown any leaks.
  8. Forgot I took a picture of the included clamps which have the sized on them before I installed my GS TMIC. It's rainy out here but I'll try and them on this weekend and see how they do. I think the smaller BPV clamps will be unnecessary though. They don't see that much pressure. The new clamps will get a workout next month though as the car is going in for a dyno tune. BNR Evo3/TD05, TBE, Cobb intake and inlet, TGV deletes, flex fuel support, recirculated EWG, ELH and some other goodies.
  9. ADM is my go to, best value. Upgrade pick would be the scalarworks leap. https://scalarworks.com/shop/optic-mounts/leap-scope-mount/
  10. I really wanted one of these but ended up going with an Innovate PSB-1 in a AVO Guage Pod Edit: Tempted to put it in one of these. http://ortizcustompods.com/uploads/3/4/1/7/34174225/s477132602315564541_p226_i1_w1066.jpeg
  11. I saw them earlier but now they've disappeared. Looked like a good time. Love your bike as well!
  12. I have the CA carbon fiber 18" on my LR308, fantastic barrel. I also used a OSS Muzzle brake, it doesn't rattle your teeth like other brakes, and does a fairly good job of reducing the muzzle flash as well. The best do it all device I've seen so far.
  13. I think that's why my work carry is going to be a Kahr PM9, it's small enough to pocket carry. I've been carrying my .22 Mag NAA, but something with a bit more stopping power.
  14. I really like them. I find them comfortable to hold due to decent diameter. The carbon is really light weight and resists heat well. Faxon just released their co-designed handguard with Lancer called the Streamline that uses a standard barrel AR nut (and you can get even lighter weight titanium barrel nut from V7) and has M-LOK vents so you can mount everything to them. The only reason I didn't go this route is because I previous had the Lancer on a 16.1 Noveske Recon, otherwise I could have knocked off 3-4 more ounces of this rifle. That rifle is sub 8 lbs as configured with optics. My fiance has no issues handling this rifle. Lancer 15" Handguard Christensen Arms 16" CF barrel Gibbz Arms Upper (side charger is a bit heavier but more ergonomic, especially with locking the bolt back) Rainier Arms Lower VLTOR A5 stock (rifle spring) Strike Industries Viper Stock Magpul MOE Grip Geissele SSA OSS Bannar Brake (brake well and isn't that loud) Aero SPR Lightweight Scope mount Burris M-TAC 1.5-6x42 Ballastic AR Reticle (reticle is dot and horsesoe, big objective gathers light well and at 1.5x a massive amount of eye relief)
  15. http://legacygt.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=247345&d=1491601370 Made some progress on some builds. Still waiting on Vortex PST Gen 2 and Lantac BCG for .308
  16. It's pretty easy, I just started with some 150 sand paper to the ramp and also to the transition from ramp to chamber. Repeat with 220, and 400 wet. Finally taking some polishing compound and a bluffing wheel on the dremel. I'm weird and only sand/polish in direction with the barrel. Another comment to make is he is using Chip McCormick Power Mags.
  17. Those are surprisingly good for the money. I did a simple ramp job on my buddy's and it's been 100% since.
  18. So I might be coming into a S&W 686-P for a steal... $350 :-D
  19. I'm not really a fan of Kimber, I feel like you're paying too much for their product. Dan Wesson, or Springfield Ranger Officer or the TRP would be a much better 1911 for the money. In your case I would look at the Sig 938.
