irishboom2
Do the dust caps have to be drilled out for cooling purposes?
irishboom2
Just some insight. You can prob find dust covers on eBay or a part out thread or even new from Subaru but don't know the cost of that route. My headlights have been unsealed for 3 years now and I've had no issues. Changing bulbs or LEDs or whatever won't make the distance longer or wider. The projector is what determines that. New LEDs will only be brighter and a diff color Do you have led pnp lights? How crucial is it to drill out the caps? Does location have anything to do with the lights needing to be sealed or not. Also I plan to stuff the driver into my housing in order to seal up the housings. Good idea or not?

Running_riot
This thread is ancient but I wanted to put in my .02 for anyone that may be reading this in the future. Xenondepot.com they have adjustable bulbs so the sides line up properly in the lenses and they don't use fans. Great quality I had them in my 17 Ridgeline. I was generally pleased with them. Great throw and color.
