Texas, I was watching those fogs on eBay as well, haha. I was hoping that if I chopped up an L bumper and cut huge holes that they would fit it. To me it seems the outer fog (small clear square) would fit in to the L fog hole and then fab up something for the inner grill.

I'm also thinking about doing a same gen outback sport bumper as they are aggressive to my likings but not quite an attention grabber.

I think it's an aftermarket for a 93-01, but don't quote me.

And twisty, you're the only other person I've heard besides myself that likes the Tommy.

Sludge, I like your idea of modifying the L bumper for the larger Rally lights to be included! It's a sleek looks that isn't too obnoxious as the bumpers like Tommy K. I think you can get away with this idea and make something that is tasteful and functional. The outback people make the rally light rails up front which is fitting for the OB look I just don't think that is a good look for the GT. Subaru was still in its infancy when they devised the "outback legacy" along side with the "Legacy GT". The lines if sport utility and sport compact car cross and it's up to the individual to decide what direction they want to move with their second gen car. The GT, OB, SUS, & L all make different statemens..

BD5 BG5 OEM Subaru Fog/rally lights:

I was suspect that they were GT-B lights on the mounts that had been modified then I found this bumper that clearly houses those specific lights. I like that the bumper gets the large fogs in there while not making the bumper look too "busy" in a rice kind of way. I like simple designs:

I want that.

Blank, it looks solid! Not like the rice ones. Too bad it's a JDM bumper...

:(....

I can't buy it right now anyway. Probably going with the GT bumper and Moding the JDM projector fogs to fit and just sell the OB bumper.

Have any of you ever toyed with a set of outback foglamps in a legacy bumper? Similar to a gtb bumper?

I'm toying with the Idea. Thinking of getting some 6inch fogs and mocking them up in a GT bumper to get that GT-b look without that $900 price tag(Thats what my buddy just had to pay for his shipped)

So I made my saggy butt spacers last night using some 3/8" aluminium I had laying around.

I used my jigsaw with a fine tooth blade and lots of WD40 sprayed on the cut to keep the aluminium from clogging the blade. I then used a 3 3/8" hole saw to cut out the center. Again- lots of of WD40. 3/8" drill bit for the stud holes

Here's the car all cleaned up. I think I will be making some 1/2" spacers and getting longer studs for the struts. But it's better!

Those wheels are so familiar. What are they off of 98?

Thanks man.

They are Oz Prodrives. Came off of a WRX originally. Got them and the tires for about $500 off of cl. I like them a lot, but was kind of thinking about selling them and getting some 3rd gen legacy wheels just for ease of cleaning- I don't like how they look quite as much as the ProDrives though.

I live near Denver, CO.
