  1. I've had that tire on a 17x8 with a 35 offset and never rubbed on stock suspension even with my car fully loaded.
  2. As far as I know, Subaru recommends tires to be within 2/32th of each other. As long as the previous owner rotated the tires properly, they should have evenly worn.
  3. Since you're on stock suspension, you shouldn't have any issues with rubbing with those wheel specs. The winters will be slightly taller but won't really throw off your speedometer much. I would look for even wear on all the tires as it's and awd car. Also check for past repairs on the tires and also any signs of cracking on the sidewalls.
  4. KW's are really the only all season coilovers as they're made with a stainless steel body that resists corrosion. Whether or not you're using your coilovers in the winter or not, I highly recommend putting a layer of anti seize on the threads prior to installation and making it a habit to clean the threads and reapply antiseize a couple of times a year. Never had a coilover seize on me through winter driving on all my previous cars with coilovers
  5. Ultimately depends on what your goals and budget are. You mentioned that handling is really important to you and that you don't need to adjust height afterwards. Fronts generally sit higher due to "saggy butt". I've seen a lot of springs lower the front more to compensate for this and there are also "saggy butt" spacers as well to even out the ride height front and back. Sounds like you would be better off getting a set of Konis matched with a good quality lowering spring. I've been debating this myself too but for entry level coilovers (~$1000), they aren't really the best at handling and ride comfort.
  6. Far from hooked up but first real modification was to upgrade the stock headlights to retrofitted HIDs. I have some crappy TSW wheels too but new wheels are on their way for next year along with a drop in ride height
  7. Still really stock but first modification was to upgrade the stock headlights to retrofitted HIDs
