Just got my car back from dealer due to my key stuck in the ignition,they replaced shifter assembly part#35111AL00C Also had oil changed done,and service rep asked if I wanted to get the 30k maintenance for $500 but I declined and was told could affect my warranty I’m the future and that I should get it done at a least before car reaches 40k miles. Hmmm that’s weird I’m also sitting on H&R springs but on rear my tires are almost under the fenders(stock 17’s/tires) but on yours looks like you have a gap between tires and fender.

Well it’s been over week now since dealer replaced the steering gear spring due to rattling and car still no rattle came back,hope it doesn’t come back anymore..

What size wheels are those?is your Car lowered?

Yes that is correct I went with Moog brand since its greaseable

Well just got the car back since dropping it off at dealer 3/29/19 So they replaced the steering spring(rattling noise is gone) They installed a new head unit since the old one does not wanna accept the new update. They also updated the combination meter recall,BUT!!!!! I cannot make meter lights either dim or bright,the head unit does dims when I turn the park/headlights on but cannot dim nor make the meter lights go bright:/ And they also forgot to put in the Map SD card in the head unit.. So now I gotta bring the car back tom early in the morning...SMH UPDATE: got the meter lights to dim/bright,all of sudden it worked,must have been some glitch or something after the update.

Dropped off car this morning at dealer for the recall and head unit update,and rattle noise on driver side. Got a call from dealer recall is done but the head unit needs to be replaced because it would not take the new firmware update. As for the rattle noise car has to stay overnight so they can try it in the morning to see if the rattle is there. Gave me a 2019 forester for a loaner.

Just curious why do u recommend aluminum over HDPE?

Is that lower than the H&R springs? What size wheels/tires you running?

Yes left side end links was blown that’s why I replaced it,just kidding about making the difference,lol

Just replaced the RSB stock end links with Moog greasable end links..ride feel much more better.

No but I’ll figure something out,it’ll be inside.. Also there will be no power on it since I have another toggle switch that hook to it so I can cut off power to the dimmer.

Making changes:)this car will stay with me as long as I can keep it..

Will be removing the H&R springs and going back to stock height. Also removed Takeda CAI. Both will be for sale:)
