I smelled rotten eggs in my 2015 2.5 toward the end of it's time with me, on multiple occasions. HVAC was off and recirc was closed (no fresh air) and windows were up, highway driving.

I’ve recorded my mpg from day 1 (February 2018 @ 4mi.) and my average is 34.6mpg. What this car lacks in fun and acceleration, it makes up for in comfort and mpg.

Congrats! From what I remember, the ventilated seats suck the air away from your ass. They don't blow your skirt up. Maybe that's why the fans are loud? Or maybe it's just the way it is... Either way, enjoy your new ride!

You found that you needed more light output than the LEDs that come on our specific trim? Do they really work better?

I purchased it for esthetics - I like how it looks. You're correct, with the Jetstream bars, the fairing is pretty much unnecessary. I did drive without the fairing for about 50mi and it was just as quiet as it is with the fairing, to me anyway.

I just purchased new, the Jetstream in the small size (50"). The 58" would work, but you may poke your eye out getting in, or hitting your head getting out... That's your call. I also purchased the fairing (46"). I can feel a slight difference in drag, from the naked roof to the full set up (I also have 2 bike trays). Too soon to tell the effect on mileage, but I normally average 34 and right now, after 142mi, I'm at 31.9. Traffic has been a little worse than normal this week, so it could be the extra stop and go on the highway too... So maybe a good guess would be 1-2mpg less.

Up here, turbos rule.

Not the exact same system in the Impreza. It will not hold you at a stop, like our Legacys/Outbacks will.

February 2018 my car arrived and I took delivery the very next day - I was the only one to touch my car after it was backed off the trailer. So I removed the white plastic off the roof, hood and trunk - no residue remained. Some residue remained on the wheels after the clear plastic was removed, and I used GooGone to remove it. Maybe its a problem if left on to bake in the sun?
