  1. Have an interview with a Swiss company on Tuesday, looking forward to that. I finally got an Xbox series X via the insider program, it arrived today. Downloading the 75gb updated version for Horizon 4 right now:) Elite dangerous is playing like butter too. Load times, almost non-existent, can't wait to try Red Dead
  2. Going to be 90 here today, not bad but a little too hot for me unless I'm jumping in some water.
  3. So it's a GI issue as suspected, now it's a matter of narrowing down which one. Her TLI count is 50.0 ug/L (trypsin-like immuno-reactivity). She's likely not producing enough enzymes to help breakdown food which leads to irritation and inflammation. Would have to do an ultrasound to see what's really going on in there. For now we have her on a royal canine hydrolyzed diet. She chowed it down instantly and loves it, that food will be much easier to digest for her because the complex proteins are partially broken down. She's been back to her normal self for 5 days, playful and happy even on the old food with regular stool so who knows.
  4. I'm not convinced it was anything in the yard. I really think it's some sort GI condition. She tested negative for Giardia and other parasites. Tomorrow I'm taking her in for a blood panel test plus a separate GI panel test. On Wednesday we'll discuss the results.
  5. Ellie is throwing up again, no diarrhea this time. Dropped of a stool sample and asked them to test it for Giardia, should know the results tomorrow. She isn't completely not eating, she picked at the boiled Chicken a bit, but it wasn't very much. I gave her an anti-nasuea at 6:30am, hopefully I can get her eating today.
  6. Eh, Nasa says 3/4 of the earth's population needs to die so that the rest may live, yet here we we are worried about who's vaccinated:lol: It's all a matter of perspective
  7. We're trying out Blue Wilderness adult small breed with Chicken now, she seems to like it, no issues so far.
  8. So it was a post-apocalyptic themed Hawaiian luau stripper show
  9. You have to be quick, be able to dart out of the bushes with an accelerant and ambush/victimize the lawnmower and then disappear just as quickly. It takes skill and practice. Stun grenades and smoke bombs are also useful in certain situations to disorient the Lawnmower first while you attack from a different direction. Tools of the trade. Eventually I'll get every last one of them so grass can be free again. In seriousness, do NOT buy Nutro brand Adult Dog food (Small Breed), I think that may be the problem with Ellie. She went 5 days without vomiting, the only thing I still have her on is a half pill of Prilosec (10mg), all was good until my wife .......decided to give her the Nutro last night. I told 3 times, rather sternly, Do Not feed it to her and what does she do, of course she gives her some. This morning she woke up barfing.... I think it may be the Salmon or another ingredient, but that food has some very mixed reviews with some people saying it made their dogs sick. Whatever, I don't trust it.
  10. Was Scarlett's a Strip club then? That actually would be more funny if the strippers were wearing masks, all buck naked and stuff except the masks.
  11. two things that still suck.... 1) Drive-Thru food places, most still have their dinning rooms closed so the drive thru lines are always very, very long. That's why I hardly go to them anymore. It's honestly quicker (and healthier) to just make something at home. This is honestly stupid when you really think about it too, I can walk into a costco, buy toilet paper, walk into most stores, buy stuff, but I can't walk into friggin Arby's and order a sandwich 2) The global semiconductor shortage...still no xbox series x, I keep hearing about these restocks at stores, but they're like unicorns; They don't really exist. Or do they?
  12. It was me, I set Lawnmowers on fire in my spare time as a side hobby.
  13. Ellie the first day she started getting better
  14. The furry gangsters are terrorizing the house like normal today, her energy level is very high. I'm going to resume normal feeding tonight
  15. We're up to 3 tbspns now, not very much
  16. Miles and Ellie last week. They were grooming each other and stopped when they saw me taking pics.
  17. Woke up this morning at 6 to her throwing up a small amount of clear fluid. She did it again at about 11. She skipped meals all day until dinner time, then ate 3 meals and now she's eating her dry food on top of that. I wonder if she has a digestive issue like acid reflux, if so that should be easy to treat. You can even give over the counter stuff like prilosec as long as its the 10mg tablets.
  18. Vet approved giving her the whole pill for 1 to 2 days and then switching back to a half pill. after 1.5 days I just switched back to the half. She's doing better, pretty much back to her normal self, logged 6 meals yesterday, 2 to 3 tblspns each. Her weight looks normal too. The cat is happy too, they played great yesterday, something he's been missing for days. Her stool is still really soft but there's no Red in it at all, back to a light brown color. We seem to be winning the battle at the moment. I do need a good stool sample to take in to her vet. It's not likely its worms, Giardia, she was given medication for that as a puppy, but they will test for that. I'm also sprinkling a probiotic powder on top of her food which seems to be working great.
  19. After 2 solid days of eating, she took a step back, was up nearly all night with her again. Diarrhea all night nearly every hour. Her stool is getting blood in it again too. It's like her body is losing the battle to the GI tract infection. She hasn't eaten anything since 10:30 last night. Called her Vet, waiting to hear back. A stronger dose of the antibiotic may be necessary.
  20. I went to Blue Pearl yesterday morning because they told me the wait was about 2.5 hours. When I arrived they said the wait was six hours, I bailed shortly after because her actual vet appt was about the time when they could get me in. Was kinda pissed I drove out there for nothing. We have nationwide for our pet Healthcare Insurance so we only pay 30% of the total cost. Anyway she's eaten twice so far, and looking better. But I need to figure a way to get her to take pills, she's tough on us. We've tried the greenie pill pockets, hiding it in food and the only thing that kinda works is cheese. she'll eat around the pill and spit it out too. She likely has a GI tract infection so I need to get the antibiotics in her somehow
  21. I've been through hell with the dog since Tuesday She vomited 9 times that day On Wednesday, the diarrhea started. All day and all night long. She rang the bell strap on the door to alert me it was time to take her outside about once every 45 mins, all through the night. Last night was not quite as frequent but it was still 5 to 6 times all in the middle of the night. I finally got her to eat about 2 tbspn this morning. This was after trying every bland diet possibility under the sun for 3 days. That Hill Science diet canned food i picked up from the vet is trash, in fact that stuff has never worked for me with any pet I've had. What worked was boiled chicken warmed up for about 7 secs, without low sodium chicken broth this time because that hasn't worked. I've had about 2 hrs of sleep in two nights. Only thing I can think of that may have caused this is something she consumed outside. I'm pretty good about removing things like mushrooms possible deadly flora. But I could've missed something. No more off leash in the yard for awhile. I'm not about to go though this again any time soon
  22. I have to get a new phone, any good deals out there? I loathe the idea of shopping for them, I want cheap, quick, done. Showed up at 10:55am to a Metro PCS store and they open up at 11, just happened to turn in there on a whim. Anyway, man-bun behind the counter peered at me me through the door with beady little ferret eyes and then fled to the back room. I get it you're not open, but great customer service. I wasn't going to hang out.
