  1. I did the same. I got a generic adapter plate from autozone and just drilled into it.
  2. Clean the inside where the pins go. I thought the same thing and i turned out to be my maf sensor.
  3. You can hit up Dead Mr who has a guy who makes them for these cars.
  4. What bumper is this , http://www.ebay.com/itm/JDM-03-09-SUBARU-LEGACY-BP9-BLUE-FRONT-END-NOSE-CUT-JDM-EJ255-EJ20X-EJ253-/162128407017?hash=item25bf9b29e9:g:6bAAAOSwhOVXfVKN&vxp=mtr
  5. Koni's with epic engineering springs. Wheels are SSR type-c 18x8 .
  6. Officially jdm http://i.imgur.com/b8ChNFN.jpg http://i.imgur.com/xsU9OXm.jpg http://i.imgur.com/BCVQSwz.jpg http://i.imgur.com/7sobjMe.jpg Bolted up with no problems at all. The JDM bumper beam is at least 15 pounds lighters then the USDM one. And I love the side profile of it now.
  7. I saw that, too bad they dont have them for rev a-c used.
  8. Yea, kybs are the usually OEM replacement. As for a drop i meant like .9 or 1in which is what some aftermarket springs give you. If you want comfortable daily id stick with kyb's .
  9. Koni yellows are the go to for a good DD setup. You could get away with stock springs but ultimately you'd want something with a little bit of a drop.
  10. O gawd, fedex ships my bumper to the US from japan in 2 days.
  11. Good luck finding a box. You might be ablle to wrap it in bubble wrap and send it that way. Yea, Ive used japan parts to ship car parts before. Usually they can get you better deals. I think only UPS and Fedex can ship suspention because they have hazard shipping while EMS dosnt.
  12. Was to be expected. They had me ship it through Fedex, i believe ems or sea mail would have been cheaper .Still cheaper then what you can get them over here for. I believe coilovers and suspensions are restricted through air mail. Theres a couple jdm coilovers on sale on ebay atm though. Good one I saw was a greddy set and a cusco one.
  13. Like 650. But then i had to pay like 100 for shipping within the country to the warehouse. If i hadnt gotten the bumper for like 20 bucks, I wouldnt have been willing to dish out that kind of money.
  14. This is why i would want a fifth gen http://i.imgur.com/etiXaoi.jpg In other news , buyee has shipped out my bumper. Was not exactly cheap. What killed me was the shipping within the country itself.
  15. Project Mu pads are the best from what ive tested for dd. Idk about DBA rotors. Ive had so far two cases of rotor shake from two different cars with two different sets of rotors running DBA T3 club spec. I might try a different brand next time but the Project Mu b-spec and DBA combo is really good for DD and light track . Edit: Looks like im not the only one as well. Ill just cut them if they get a bad shudder. Still stops on a dime.
  16. Honestly , I was ready to pay for high shipping. I kinda got used to the prices because of browsing thru japanparts which i have to say have the highest shipping costs of anyone. Yea buyee deals with two companies now for shipping , one being EMS and the other SAL. SAL is cheaper but takes longer to arrive. Famaya , i really wanted to do the rev d-f 3.0r spec b conversion but soooo much money man.
  17. Its not aftermarket. Its the subaru sports bumper. Relatively sure they're not fiberglass. But i got it for dirt cheap and in really good shape in my color. I did it thru buyee and apparently they have a couple different shipping options now other then ems. I bought a bumper beam from over there and total cost came out , shipped that is, like $100.
  18. Sorry , this one http://i.imgur.com/qNtmmGZ.jpg Same design but has vents at the bottom.
  19. Narrowed it down to two choices, http://i.imgur.com/qMvJnlA.jpg or http://i.imgur.com/2RMy6YP.jpg Also , has anyone had experience shipping via air cargo?
