You can do whatever you'd ever want to. watch movies listen to music, run a nav ( a good one) . Its a cheaper alternative to the 2 din jdm hvac panel .

Thinking of picking up some fenders, burnout has some really nice ones and are the cheapest, but the k2 gear ones are love. Also theres one black one from burnout for sale an yahoo but literally only one fender.

Depends on the tuner. If you dont have supporting fuel mods ( which you should for that turbo) max like 17-18. But with mods you can go from 18-24 on that turbo. Also the AT needs to be beefed up deff for that turbo. Your plastic manifold is good for what ever you would ever need it for unless you go sti turbos.

Not saying you should but for reference, you probably could just swap the sides and top portion. Looks like its just an extra piece attached to the original one.
