Myn does. It has the regular setting but always dims right down and the position on the sti makes it unreadable with even a little light.

The offset is not correct. You can fit them with a crazy spacer though. But something like 08-2014 wrx rims are relatively inexpensive and can clear with at most a 5mm spacer.

They will all have air bag issues. Its just that you can take care of the airbag light with a resistor. But the seat occupancy sensor for 05 is built into the seat base unlike 06+ lgt models which is basically a pressure pad in the seat itself.

Ok so 05 is a special year and you can only use 05 seats. 04 sti seats will bolt onto the legacy seat bottom with no problem and not trip the occupancy system up. Basically its all about whether or not you want side airbags. If you dont, skys the limit.

I mean you could with enough money but the airbag components are different. 08-14 Sti seats will fit but idk about the new models. But the main issue is airbags.

So I was able to get a BL chip obd cable but does anyone have drivers that will work on windows 10. Ive tried everything but ECU flash only recognizes it as a usb-serial connection.

So what are people using as their power solution. I was using a DC-DC stepper that terminated to two usbs but it crapped out on me. I also feel like it was not fully powering the usb hub making my music cut out randomly.

I should be redoing this install in my STI soon. Should have a back up camera and a dac since timurs rom supports that out of the box now. Also plan on installing a external gps antenna and maybe a dvr/ telemetry system.

I mean like its free now and its pretty good for kernel to be used in a car. You can run a custom rom with it as well. But you can always try what solid snake said.

Just installed Timurs new rom. Its really nice and alot of the problems voiced earlier have been fixed ( such as usb dismounting) . Also adds native support for backup cams and other auto necessities. He kinda comes off as a dick saying dont email and him and you cant post for help in the reddit since if you havnt donated already. But what eves i guess.

Ill take a pic of my 3 bay garage when i have a chance put go with the traditional 2 post. As for the air and wire management get retractable hose and wire reals. We have atleast 10 of them mounted up on the roof and they are so useful when you many lines out. Congrats on the place though.

So I have another nexus tablet for my sti and i was wondering what you guys use for the software. Timur is being interesting and i cant find any recent downloads for it. I still have the old timur rom but thats for 4.4.4 .

As of now I should have s402 rear control arms coming. Other then that, i had bid kinda high ( like mama didn't raise a quite type) on multiple other s402 things so i have to wait and i see if i win since i cant back out and majority of them were from a s402 wagon part out. Stuff like the strut bars ( all three of them) and suspension.

I have s402 stuff coming and im about to list my car for sale. SO there might be some s402 stuff for sale soon.
