  1. This has a lot of information on it. My outback is on lgt stuff, let me know if you have any questions.
  2. Ooooweeeee who did you use? I have some brakes that need that kind of lovin
  3. I don’t think I’ve officially disclosed that mine is a part of the 200k club yet. I’ll post a pic today.
  4. When I had an aem wideband on my Sti I remember seeing exactly what you are noticing. The aem would read richer than the ap because it would only read so rich and coming to a stop the aem would read leaner than the ap.
  5. That is the daytime running light module and it’s extremely common for people to unplug it to disable the DRL. I don’t know off the top of my head what that orange wire is.
  6. There are just so many variables here, different displacement, different intake, mechanical timing changes and a stock tune.
  7. Holy knock correction. At least it’s at low rpm. what’s the IAM? am I reading that correctly? IAM is 0.125??
  8. Be careful, I’ve seen many including myself who ended up stuck at the “just needs tuned” stage for years.
  9. That’ll do it brother. I notice it when the humidity is high or foggy. Condensation.
  10. No you can just pull it off the one that’s in the car. Subaru manufactures the car and the drivetrain but the sensors and computers and everything else are manufactured by other companies like denso, delco etc. even Mitsubishi, I can almost guarantee there is a Mitsubishi logo somewhere on your car and yes Subaru will mark up the hell out of it to sell it to you in a box or bag with a Subaru logo on it.
  11. Same exact denso that Subaru is selling you on rock auto for $19.52. Subaru doesn’t manufacture the expansion valve, denso does.
  12. Man you’re considering pulling the evaporator but you won’t replace a $13 expansion valve? You shouldn’t have to remove the evap but you will need to remove the expansion valve to properly clean it with solvent
  13. Is there an expansion valve I’m not seeing there?
  14. I’m liking what I’m seeing here, but you’re going to need one more can of 134a. Are those oem o-rings and schrader valves? If so what did that run you? I’ve always just used the o-ring kits.
  15. It’s maxed. I have the same issue many others have had where the jdm controls always are dimmer
  16. Also to note, the power steering on these are pretty compact and I’ve never really seen the pump or reservoir impede on any “activities” so any freed up space will be pretty minor.
  17. To my knowledge this has never ever been done. If you’re willing to swing for the fences I’d say go for it but the path will probably be a total bitch with a heaping spoonful of disappointment. Grab yourself a 2015+ Sti rack and bolt it in. Much faster ratio and proven to work great. I got a used one for just under $400 in close to new condition.
  18. Possibly interested. What’s the story on them? Brand? Guessing a direct swap to obxt. Pm me
  19. I did these for a kid at my work. It was my first time doing it and I actually thought it was kind of fun. I also drew inspiration from a conversation I had in the past with @Febreze Mee about his headlights. I’d definitely do it again, much less difficult than I worked it up to in my head.
  20. Yeah and I’m going to need to buy another one of those soon. Ive decided im going to buy multiples of things that i use like these gaskets, oem ej gasket sets and stuff like that and set up a peg board in the garage with a shelf so I have a stock of things
