  1. factory tire size was 195/60R15, but i put 215/60R15s on, it rides way better on the freeway.
  2. i agree why i mentioned it, i know all new bearings roll with less drag than the ones they replaced, plus i have an L which has the 3.90 ring and pinon in it as opposed to the 4.11's i at 70 it turns just at 3k.
  3. the butt dyno says yes they do. Since i installed them i hadnt seen a major uptick in the mix commuting mileage (LA FREEWAY/SURFACE STREETS daily of about 50 miles) but looking at the sheet, it looks like i dip less into the high 17s low 18 mpgs as much since installing and have more 21/20 mpg tanks. note i also rebuilt the front end two weeks after installing the uels, bearings, bushings, tierods, cv's at the same time so not a solid baseline. plus the center 1:1 rear idler gears bearing exploded back at the start of june and i havent had time to source a new transmission/center diff set to replace it so there isnt a ton of data.
  4. Ive been tracking mine for about three years in a spreadsheet and i get 17-20 around town depending on how heavy footed i am, and i generally see 25-28 on the freeway
  5. my guess is it fits up to the factory tow hook bolts that are in that location behind the pop out piece on the bumper skin.
  6. Yeah 15s make a great forest road tire plenty of sidewall to give a good ride and wide enough to get plenty of traction when its gravely.
  7. Yeah I would to if I didn't have the goofy looking steelies that have the 5 small round holes in them they just look too much like tractor wheels.
  8. Nice when i go to grabbers or all terrains i was planing on getting a set of the Bassett dot steelies to go with them instead of staying with the stock steelies i have now.
  9. Mostly curious cause i want to do something similar to mine. Make it somthing your not afraid to go out on the fire roads to trail heads for hiking or camping. Was looking to see if you had any issues with interference when cycling the suspension after lifting it up.
  10. Have you measured how much Clearance you have and what your full wheel travel is over the suspension cycle is ever?
  11. The usdm integra type r lip is a pollular option and it's up to the bumper there's a few in this thread that have it if you lurk back from the start.
