  1. Upgrading the lights in my dad's garage for him, mostly because I end up using it the most. The LED retrofits were obviously shipped carelessly. Every single tube was damaged. Bit of a bummer as I was looking forward to a brighter garage for doing my 6 speed swap.
  2. I was riding in 50* weather last week. Wasn't bad when in the sun, going through the shade and when the sun started to set it was quite chilly. But it was so nice to get the bike out for even just a little bit.
  3. Foamed the wagon today. It was due for a good cleaning with all the rain we've been having recently.
  4. I'll probably do the same. For the clutch did you do the SB10-HDSS or which HDSS?
  5. Noted. I'll probably be putting my 6 speed in this week depending how quick I can get my hands on a clutch and flywheel.
  6. Saving this so I can find it quickly when I do the swap on my wagon. Need to order a clutch, flywheel, throw out bearing, and a bunch of whiteline bushings and diff and trans fluid before I can do the swap.
  7. Yes, but you need to trim the front end ever so slightly. I ended up trimming mine while putting the bumper on so I knew how much I needed to trim.
  8. Your dash looks shiny enough that it probably will qualify for the extended warranty when you take it in.
  9. I'll probably just put it in as is. Just trying to have a nice cruising street car. Oh yeah I've been all over the east side the past couple days! Kinda embarrassed to get spotted cause the car is filthy right now! Lots of rainy driving recently. I live at the other end of Chuckanut. That trip was kinda a spur of the moment I want to go drive and take pictures and it's a nice Sunday so why not.
  10. Actually it was when I was helping a friend shop for LR3 land rovers that I noticed theirs are just stuck on to the door so you can pop them off and have smooth doors. Then I decided I want smooth doors on my car as well since it looks far better. I'll definitely post lots of pics after it spends it's time in the body shop.
  11. Not for the price I'm getting this 6 speed for. Hence why I'm willing to drive to Co with a truck and trailer to pick it up.
  12. Yup just a roll. I've been eyeing your SA10Rs in the classified but I'd rather buy a 6 speed swap this weekend than another set of wheels. Sent from my SM-G950U1 using Tapatalk
  13. Well plans have somewhat changed. This coming weekend I'm headed to Colorado with a truck and trailer to buy an 07 spec b without an engine but to get its 6 speed and all the aluminum. Probably will use some of the interior too as the 07 spec b interior I have right now isn't the cleanest so I'll probably pick the best seats to go into my car. Went to my body shop of choice again last week and got a quote written up for a full car respray and getting all the dings and dents pulled as well as getting the door trims shaved to have smooth doors. The price is really not bad so once I have the Land Rover back on the road I'll be taking the Legacy in to get all the body work done which will include the facelift front end being on and painted with everything else. In the mean time I adventured around yesterday and took some pictures and then met up with a friend in the afternoon with his STi and took some more pictures.
  14. Neither. It's a tube that goes into the fluid and sends a controlled amount of air into it and with the varying pressure based on the level of the fluid is calibrated to be different amount of fluid in the tank.
  15. What about a small scale bubbler system. We use those on ships for fuel take level transmitters and use the air pressure to tell a pressure transducer the tank level. I also did something in one of my classes that we used the bubbler to sense level and then actuate an inlet and outlet valve to control the level height.
