I waited over a friggin year for this due to vendor saying it kept getting pushed back and forgot about it to they dont know when its coming but since i didnt mind waiting, i kept my order and they proceeded with it. Today, it finally came. This was inspired by gears&gasoline Ben's evo9, when i saw he had one on, i went searching to see if they made it for the legacy and voila they did.. i will probably put this on whenever i feel like it or when i swap the front end to the jdm bumper. An example of what it will look like with it on, unfortunately i couldnt find one without the beam in the way.

Nope lens is clear. Bulb is blue with soft white in the back

tbh if i had known the oe positioning, i wouldve had it installed there too but it is what it is, current positioning isnt terrible

Where can i get replacements? I was gonna get a red set as backup for when these go out. Its actually blue and soft white colors which is interesting

Does it ever end? No.. it does not.. | apparently these are not at oe mounting spots but we figured that at the current spots, light spread the most so i decided to have em mounted there instead. Its fine with me whatever, these are rare anyways

Ikr haha and its the subaru factory navi that also has 3 gauges as a window. It just shows your mpg, acceleration and miles lol which are all useless cuz it constantly fluctuates as you give and let go off the gas but its still a dope stock looking setup nonetheless, better than nothing i suppose lol its just looks cool, thats it haha

I know yall have waited as long as i have for this and today is finally the day! Upgraded the head unit from pioneer nex5200 to alpine ilx-507 (i have the 509 in the forester) and my buddies were able to connect the new unit to the jdm navi screen! (Go to page 2 and 5 for more). Now that i am able to mirror from my phone to the alpine, the alpine will mirror that feed to the sony screen in the back for rear passengers to view. The resolution quality isnt as good by todays standards of course since this is a mid 2000's item but still.. its not bad for what it is and def has a cool aesthetic to it. I think i am the only BL/BP legacy/outback in the states to have this. I wonder how many ppl have this in japan as well. Definitely a head turner and street points at any car show lol. This car is getting more and more special with each new mod and i think im loving it more than the forester lbs. Probably going to daily the forester for now and use the legacy for nice occasions. Funny how their roles have switched haha

ive actually had those in cf before but i didnt like how they look so i sold them. im just not gonna put any eyelids on as i think the headlights look at its best already. however i will keep the jdm lids for novelty and put them on for pictures and whatnot lol

soobydoobbydoo is correct, 50% of this car is built off of japan auctions. i also have two items im eyeing on from japanparts right now haha. im very lucky to jump back into the legacy world this late and stumbled upon a stash of jdm bits and goodies that allowed me to help build the ultimate legacy imo. shipping costs sucks though..

Got the zerosports cap on, tunedbysti badge on, test fitted the hipposleek cf door handle covers i think i will put them on, put on the silver cf trunk emblem and did not like the jdm eyelids Got the car detailed a little and ceramic tints 35% Size comparison between the subieflow cf weighted knob and sti titanium knob. I think i will keep the cf knob on, its the best out of all the knobs ive tried

Got some more jdm goodies: -zerosports cf grill -zerosports oil cap -sti rare 6spd shift knob for my collection -jdm eyelids -grampus turn signals blue for my collection Im stumped.. jdm eyelids look kinda good.. should i put them on? Haha

I remember when i brought my forester to the same dealer a few years ago for a replacement battery, a lot of techs came out and was hovering around my car asking questions, which was a fun interaction. Im going back this saturday to get a new fob replacement for the legacy since the lock button stopped working so we will see what happens when they see the legacy haha
