You'll need to make a complaint for the studdering concern, have them call the SOA Tech Line and the tech line will instruct them to send the ECU in for reprogramming. The reason they don't have loaner ECU's is cost and availibility of the Legacy ECU's. Hopefully they will soon release the reflash to the local dealers that can be done onsite in one day.

No, it wasn't released as a TSB, we just got the e-mail this morning and it didn't say anything further. Turnaround time is 3 days total, a rental/loaner car should be provided by your dealer in the meantime.

SOA has issued a fix for the studdering some of you are experiencing, it requires the dealer to remove your ECU and ship it the SOA-NJ for reprogramming. This is covered under the factory warranty and your dealership will need to call the SOA Tech line for authorization before sending your ECU in. The plugs in the LGT are platinum and are only due to be changed every 60,000 miles. We charge 2.2 hrs labor to change just the plugs, or if you change them along with a 60,000 mile service we charge only .5 hours labor (In addition to the 60,000 mile service charge).
