  1. Two in center, two outboard. Also...Birdmayne......this car will tear your wallet apart.
  2. We'll see what the future holds. Maybe I'll do it.
  3. Yes, but it won't have the same strength as this. I can stand on the middle of my splitter (200lbs) without it bending, so if I were to spread them out further, now that area becomes weaker and will flex. Now, I have contemplated adding two more supports further out like you're saying, but Idk how I'll like 4 support rods up front. Those two have welded mounts on the splitter itself, and welded mounts on the crash beam. I'd have to weld new mounts. Maybe later down the road. That would make 8 mounts in total, lol.
  4. She posted on FB about it. Block has a new custom window, and she did a rod bolt delete, along with a few other things.
  5. Found this, and now I'm wondering about it. I saw Underdog cutting the inner tie rods, but was it necessary? If so, 6-8mm seems fine. Next question, OEM, Reman, or? If I could source a wrecked STI, that would be my best bet. Next question...what are the major challenges in the swap? I've been reading up, but haven't found anything of the sort.
  6. Yup. She hasn't fully disclosed what happened. From what I'm reading, she's waiting to open the block and check what's going on.

  8. So.....like mountain bikes have been doing for almost 6 years for that exact design. Before that, you had one pin and a cotter pin sometimes. 10+ years ago.
  9. 20"s look best on these imo. 2nd and 3rd gen Legacys/Libertys were maxed with 17's and looked well and proportionate. 4th gens look great and perform well on 18's. 5th gens are best with 19's, and 6th gen is even bigger than the 5th, so 20's will do. Just make sure you have the right offset and width. That is key!!! Use willtheyfit.com for reference when buying wheels.
  10. Searching Group N Mounts....
  11. I autox the car, but most of the times, it's the daily driver.
  12. He's bagged. Also, it was a shredded tractor trailer tire I think. Not an entire tire.
  13. He cut it in half because it got ruined on the road. He has a new setup he is working on right now.
  14. Would you recommend the pitch mount?
  15. .......that's unfortunate.
  16. Jesus! Also, where can you get the hexmods now? Also, is the Perrin pitch mount worth it?
