  1. Yeah, for our wagons its a bit soft for a lowered ride. But... I love it and there is another company out there that matches those springs with a 400+ rear rate and I have a set in my gargage ready to go on (hopefully tomorrow) All I did was turn the preload up a little higher, camber in a bit and I can run 245/45/17 tires with little rubbing except on big or high speed bump/dips. I promise, for the price and ease of installation you can NOT do better ride or handling quality than the racelands for 98-02 RS set up. If I was going to lower my next Suby I would go Raceland again... however Im LIFTING the next one
  2. My lowered outback has the rallitek rear sway set on 25 mm... its tight. tight like a tigah
  3. Yay! What if I want to do a EJ257 swap into my 3rd gen F body firebird? how funny would that be??!?
  4. They botha re adjustable, at least mine were. The ends... are they threaded with adjustable bolts and nuts? Post a picture so I can help you
  5. Dude do you have all this in your head or are you reading it and then posting it? If this is all in your head, can you leave me your brain in your will? I want to hook it up to my computer and download it
  6. Im just sitting here absorbing all this info like a damn sponge. SBT, what do you do for a living?
  7. I drove my lifted Jeep with high torque on and offroad for 8 years... trust me, I know about the fear of snapping an axle. So I just adopted the same attitudewith my suby as I had with mah Heep... Broken Parts = Unplanned Upgrade !
  8. yes I am going to drag my wagon. and auto x. and i still play in the snow too. The AWD makes for a brilliant launch if done right
  9. Mmmmm forged internals... nom nom nom!! Thats what Im gonna do as well. Im going EJ257 and my goal is at LEAST 300BHP. Enough to be reliable yet surprise the dumbass wanting to race me in his stock Civic Si
  10. Will these fit our 2nd gens? http://www.i-club.com/forums/norcal-classifieds-96/jdm-4pot-brake-caliper-sti-version-6-a-235617/
  11. so I got some of the work done, but since I am pressed for time before I deploy I just tossed on my stock/magnaflow exhaust again. once I get home around Christmas I will finish mocking it up, welding, and installing the HKS.
  12. I took off my exhaust just behind the 2nd cat yesterday. mocking up the HKS is a pain in the ass! So I left it off an drove home... lol OMFG its loud and annoying but the boxer rumble sure come out!
  13. *shaking my head* I AM running 2.5 NA, this pipe is for a turbo'd car. All I need to do is fab a pipe to make it work for my NA motor and then when I DO swap then I have this already and all i do is unbolt the pipe I made.
  14. Its already setup for a turbo car, all I need to do is fab a small pipe to make it work with my L pipe after my header. then If its not loud enough... I can replace the L pipe with a catless straight
  15. Well if I buy this HKS then all I need is a fabed mid pipe (4-6 inches at most with a rotated bracket) So I will try and do that this week since Im off.
  16. Im gonna buy it and just hang on to it even if I dont like the sound with my NA motor since Im doing a turbo swap in spring hopefully.
  17. But I bet it will be compared to my stock pipe (header back to the magnaflow muffler has the cat and a few resonators) Right? Louder, deeper? You think? I dont wanna spend $225 plus fab parts and time just to be dissapointed
  18. Anyone here installed a WRX or STi catback exhaust on their NA? Ive seen the mod threads, but I have a question about the sound. Did it effect the sound at all or did it just make it louder? I want a DEEPER and LOUDER rumble. Im about to purchase an HKS Hi-Power Catback.
