  1. I had to buy 10' too. They didn't sell any less. I've got the gauge installed with the wiring done. Just gotta do the vacuum hose part, and cutting into the BOV line. Which fuse were you guys using for the parking lights input? I couldn't really find any, and just put it to "Illumination" but that's not really dimming the gauge at all. Is that what that input is for? Or is it something else?
  2. Nope, just seems to be releasing a few every week or so.
  3. Just gotta keep checking his site (not here). When they become available, you'll see it on the store page.
  4. I think that's why he has some to spare. Whoohoo! An appointment I had after work with a client has been cancelled. That means I've got 3 hours to work on my car. But first I'm going to put on the STi spoiler, and if I have time, this boost gauge will go in too.
  5. Are vacuum hoses a standard diameter? Same goes for the T connectors?
  6. Some say walmart has them. Otherwise, here's an online place: http://www.accessafuse.com/form.asp
  7. Finally got mine today. Tracking still hasn't been updated since August 20th, but I'm happy that it's sitting in my trunk waiting to be installed now. Likely will do it over the weekend, and I'll take pictures of the install if it's not raining (50/50 chance here in Vancouver).
  8. I think mine is lost in the mail. Hasn't updated since August 20th when it was processed in Chicago.
  9. So typical, I'm the last to get one. Still haven't received anything yet.
  10. Let the bidding begin. I'll sell mine for $349.99
  11. Sounds like there were 3. And Canadian's snatched up the first two ones.
  12. I'll be sure to give any and all feedback that I have once it arrives. Thanks!
  13. He posted the Beta Manual earlier in this thread in case you are interested: http://www.gtboostgauge.com/VBG1%20-%20Beta%20Manual.pdf
  14. Thanks for the updates lossol. I'm eagerly watching this thread.
  15. I'd get it now while they are in stock. You can always sell it afterwards for the same price. But I have a feeling that once these are sold, and if he doesn't make any more like he says, no one is going to be selling theirs. I certainly won't be.
  16. I've got a boost gauge and mount sitting here that I'm intentionally NOT putting on because I want this one so badly. Let us know if it's a deposit you want, or whatever, I'm down!
  17. Put me down for the first available batch. And subscribed.
  18. That sounds like it'd do it! Thanks for posting back with the fix. Might help someone else down the road.
  19. I agree, I think you need some more Canadian beta testers. I'm in Vancouver and would love to help out.
  20. Ok, there are two internal connections on the faceplate when you take apart the stereo. They connect between the faceplate and the "cage". Make sure those are connected and seated properly. What you described above sounds like a loose or improper connection there.
  21. When putting back the stereo, make sure you firmly connect all 4 connectors to the back of the stereo (two black square, 1 black rectangle, and one big white rectangle) and also connect the hazard connector. I would guess that you didn't plug something in correctly.
  22. Just installed it, instructions were great! Missed a few simple steps, but they were easy to figure out (ie: removing the hazard button, and also the bottom plate below the circuit board where you solder). Works great, and it was worth every penny. Now I'm just trying to figure out where to mount the button. I might put it on the opposite side of the hazard button, or possibly in the cig tray.
