Sumi HTRZIII - Section width is 10.1" which is a little more narrow than some other tires. Pretty sticky for a cheaper summer tire.

Got my 255s on the 8.5" Weds and surprised to say there is little to no rub. On a big bump the rear catches a little, but surprised that i didn't need to pull!

I drove a 6 speed 2.0t sport last month. Very impressive capable car for the $$. If I was down for a car payment right now, it'd be top 3 under 40K for sure. Simple tune puts it in the neighborhood of 360tqe. The only shortcoming is wrong wheel drive. But for a daily, hard to beat it under 40K, let alone the 30,700 sticker price.

JDM Troubles!! Albero bumper wont fit with my FMIC! Need to cut the brackets and reweld new piping to make it fit without cutting a big hole in it. NBD, just more time and $$. Should be finished saturday, then its time for the edm console and 09 spec b interior to go in. This has been a long time coming, better hold up to my expectations!

Can someone confirm or deny that v7 sti mc and booster will fit an 08 LGT with 6 speed sti trans? (trans shouldnt matter but). Cannot find an 04-05 sti used mc and booster, but on ebay the version 7s are plentiful. Planning on doing this with the ATS brembo upgrade in the next few weeks. I personally had no problems with japanparts either, but I agree stick to HKC Speed or other vendors. Glad to hear the pallet will arrive after all. It sucks to wait, but Im sure the results will be worth it. Good luck, post pics when you get it on. Love some JDM pron

Don't turn up the wick too soon, keep calm until the 1000, it will pay off in the end. I know plenty of ppl who do a dyno break in, but I just can't fathom putting down power before valves are seated etc. That said, none of them have had an issue, but these were vq motors.

howd u do the pull method? car is in for paint so id like to do it beforehand so it doesnt crack...No splash guards with the new bumper etc. so i dont have to worry about that at least. Ya, I shouldve gone with a 245 setup, but i wanted more meat. oh well...guess i need to pull after all, or maybe stick with the weak 7.5s or the 8" SSRs time being

Im hoping with rolled fenders ill be able to pull off my 18x8.5 +44s on 255/35 18s. Always wanted a meaty tire, hate stretched, but now im thinking i shouldve stuck with a 235 or 245. Any thoughts as to if a roll will get it done or if i have to pull them? Trying to avoid that...I don't mind raising it up a bit, but im not that low to begin with.

Called last week, no release date as of yet.

How the handling on it - i hear the steering feedback is meh but everything else is incredible. I ran one on the highway before the car went into the body shop, kept up with them no issues and the LGT is a fast car right now.

yeah, might be a bit overkill too even though its a nice setup. Yes, its true NYC he prob cant beat it up, but within 5 hours there are tons of places where that thing could be put away wet and dirty
