  1. Second Generation Legacy Aftermarket Parts & Upgrades Under construction over the next few days. If there is something you would like added to this list, please send me a PM and let me know. I will likely not look at this thread often since I know all of this info and I have no reason to reference to it.....so I probably wont see requests posted in the thread. If you're wondering what happened to the old version of this thread, it has been closed and removed from the stickies. The member who was maintaining that thread is no longer active. The thread was full of dead links and there was no way for us to add new / more information to it. That is why it was decided to close it down and make a new one. When available, I will be linking the manufactures website. A simple Google search of any part numbers can find you better deals than buying straight from the manufacture. 2. You have way too many posts.
  3. Yeah, I had Megasquirt 1 setup as a stand alone. I loved it. EJ20R with stock internals can handle close to 400whp, but I would suggest putting ARP head studs in. When I had the GT3076R on my 20R, the heads would lift off the deck a little bit. IMO, stock head bolts aren't strong enough for high boost.
  4. Sending you a PM. Here are the damage pics of the clutch. Looks like it was just a faulty clutch and what I was doing pushed it over the edge. The reason I say faulty instead of worn out is because that clutch only has 6...maybe 8k miles on it. I just replaced it a few months ago. http://img.tapatalk.com/ce1db6f8-37b2-5fd4.jpg http://img.tapatalk.com/ce1db6f8-37c7-72f7.jpg
  5. And there went my clutch lol At least it was fun http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v287/broknindarkagain/96%20Outback/d7b0c585.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v287/broknindarkagain/96%20Outback/05217bd4.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v287/broknindarkagain/96%20Outback/3e31706e.jpg
  6. I would say so. And to be honest, I think any of them will fit. However, lines may be different threads, so you may have to swap power steering lines....I'm not 100% sure. I've never done it before.
  7. Tomorrow morning guys. Any takers I believe my car is fullish....so anyone coming along can not ride with me...so bring your own ride
  8. Will be meeting in the Elsworth / Baseline area tomorrow morning around 9ish. Anyone who wants to go shoot me a PM. If you come, bring a hand held radio (like the Cobra ones) for communication between cars. I have hand tools in case anybody breaks down. And of course, food / water just to be prepared....and a camera for pics. We will be target shooting as well....so bring weapons / ammo if you have them and want to shoot.
  9. Any takers for Sunday or not? If there is I'll come up with a meet spot
  10. Yes! You deserve a cookie..... but.... http://www.agent-x.com.au/wp-content/webcomic/comic/Looking_for_internet_cookies-2423e9a.jpg
  11. You probably read where I said that in the suspension FAQ lol. Trust me, they will bolt right up. Anything 02-07 coilover / strut wise will bolt right up.
  12. The difference is spring rates and the way the brake line clips to them. Therefor, they are not 100% compatible...but you can change over to WRX brake lines....or just do what most do and zip tie them.
  13. I've always dealt with Auto Zones commercial guys....they have always been great. Retail side is a different story though
  14. I just stop somewhere on the trails and pop off some rounds. Butcher Jones is great but you need a Tonto pass and they don't allow shooting there anymore. Its a "congested" area.
  15. Here are a few pics to give you an idea of what it was like http://img.tapatalk.com/d03604db-ecb8-5a09.jpg http://img.tapatalk.com/d03604db-ecd2-d01a.jpg http://img.tapatalk.com/d03604db-ecee-231e.jpg http://img.tapatalk.com/d03604db-ed0b-7be5.jpg http://img.tapatalk.com/d03604db-ed2d-5aaa.jpg http://img.tapatalk.com/d03604db-ed42-b76c.jpg
  16. I'll be going down to the Box Canyon area just outside of Florence. I was there last weekend and my 96 Outback did just fine through there (and I'm on stock suspension). I'm sure you have heard horror stories about Box Canyon...There are some very rough areas yes, but as well there are lots of places an Outback or Baja can play in. Baja would actually probably do better out there than my Outback does. I can say that I've never broken anything out there....you just have to pick and choose what you will and will not go for. If flat dirt roads are your thing, there are lots of them out there. I carry tools / chains just in case something bad were to happen, but I've never had to use them yet. I usually go out towards Sycamore Creek / Four Peaks / Mesquite Wash, but there is a fire restriction in Tonto right now so I can't target shoot out there. Box Canyon is open to just about anything you would want to do. Enough trails and fun places to keep you busy playing all day. Its about 10 - 15 miles outside of Florence, so gas, food, and medical help (god forbid) isn't too far away either.
  17. Anyone want to go out to the trails and off road / target shoot on Sunday?
