you need to lift the engine for the front swaybar, not front strut tower brace.
The strut tower brace shouldnt take very long to install with simple hand tools.
I still don't feel that a strut tower brace is worthwhile on these cars though...
just remember, every time you raise or lower the car, you should get an alignment because your toe and camber will change.
I hate paying for alignments so I found a happy medium and stuck with that year round.
yeah, they changed the rear suspension setup for the newer generations of Legacy and Impreza. Older generations were more of a MacPherson strut design in the rear and we've got something more like a double-wishbone back there now
Camber plates won't do anything in the rear of our cars, even if someone did make them. Moving the strut top in and out won't affect the camber at all. The bushings are really the only option.
Nonsense. I have the same coilovers on my GT that DeltaSniper has on his 2.5i.
Most of the suspension is all the same fitment between 5th gen models. Front swaybars are different for the GT, but I think the 2.5i & 3.6R use the same front bar.
