  2. oh, they will still buy them. its ingrained in the culture now.
  3. can any subaru e-rack fit the 4th gen?
  4. i wonder how many ways they can tart up and sell that glass CVT before they just give up.
  5. we've "not said" anything about the last 4 generations of the WRX.
  6. is the retainer ring still on the axle stub? that's what keeps it snapped in to the diff.
  7. honestly, this site could run on a ras-pi or NAS with the amount of traffic it gets.
  8. i think we have transitioned from at-home assisted living to hospice care when it comes to this site.
  9. so is this the slow death that lgt.com dies from?
  10. you have a little flap in the HG that opens under boost and pumps air in to the coolant jacket. Had the exact same thing happen to me. it wont overheat when driving, but if you let it sit running with low coolant the temp gauge will creep up. time for HG replacement.
  11. so basically, if you buy a new one, put in a catch can after you take delivery.
  12. ^this, plus the legacy is not an enthusiast car anymore. NGAF about it enough to come on here just to learn that if you even think about tuning the XT, the CVT explodes.
  13. any quality synthetic oil of the right weight will be enough as long as you keep a good OCI for turbo cars. T6 is good cause its cheap, heat resistant, and 5w-40 instead of 5w-30. the 40 weight is good for cars that are higher mileage and have increase clearances from wear, which is now most if not all turbo EJ motors. I put it in my EZ36 too. thats all the magic juice you will ever need.
