  1. Sounds good and looking forward to working with you. The 3.6 will not pick up near the power and torque and with 87 fuel we will not really see much if any benefit. Dave
  2. you are correct, they respond VERY well to a calibration. Dave

  8. I suppose it all depends on where your at and how aggressive the tune is. We have done it for years without issue for 95% of customers so its a shame we have no new news on the cobb kit but not the end of the world for those wanting to utilize E85 at the pump. Dave
  9. Oh im still very hopefull, just waiting patiently. Otherwise i just run dual maps on the ap and its not as convinient but has worked safely for years as long as the tune is not aggressive to the ragid edge. Dave
  10. Its the software, not just the hardware thats needed to implement cobb flex fuel. I have 30 plus tables i can modify with cobb flex fuel. I just wish they would give us a yes or no but i understand why they are holding thier tounge as its investment vs potential....they are still a business that has to pay people to break the coding down and it has to make business sense to put the time and resources in. Dave
  11. Just blasted out a bunch of emails, revisions and base maps. We hope everyone has an amazing holiday weekend and talk to everyone on tuesday! Dave

  14. Well the most recent update from COBB is.......GD flex fuel is out, they are still looking into LGT specific adaptations BUT will not say yes or no that it will ever be released. The would like to release it and would like to mention notes but from the horses mouth....."Its like christmas and telling your kid he "might" get a pony, but then doesnt......Its better to say you will NOT get a pony and then maybe surprise them with it"........ Not the best news but some news at least.....I hate to say it but it may not be in the cards but only time will tell. Dave
  15. Heres a fun one we just did. These fifth gens dont come through all that often but perform well for sure at a stage 2 level. Dave
  16. Hey there Eldrego, obviously we have updated the situation but I wanted to update here. Glad we could upgrade you at no charge and overnight the new ID1050X as the quantity was off on the ID1000 due to being discontinued now. Sorry for the sequence of events *ie email didnt go through letting you know I was working on the issue* and then a missed phone call while I was away from the phone. Obviously customer service and attention to needs are what we pride ourself on, looking forward to starting the calibration with you. Dave
  17. Oh no, if anything we are expanding all the time. We will be making some announcements in the next 2 weeks that will allow even more options for our local customers....you cant get rid of us that easy lol Dave
  18. I will be organizing a sunday funday bbq soon. Just make sure to check back into this thread. Dave

  22. All emails answered and revisions, base maps and such are sent out. We are staying busy but with the new scheduling process it has seemed to work out great and keep the work load very manageable. Shoot us an email today and depending on your needs we almost always have a slot or two open now! What a great feeling! Dave

  24. Jaybird - I have not been a fan of Omni since I saw some of the failures. Cobb has released a 4bar that is now my go to option. bdcvg - I would have to go back and look but yes the downpipe is the main restriction and this car seemed to make good power with minimal mods. Most are closer to 240 but the dyno is just a tool and this was on a pretty warm day meaning a little higher correction factor thus the 250. Dave
  25. Thank you Rhitter, Those words mean a lot from return customers in this day and age. We really strive to treat each customer with respect and provide a quality service. We have enjoyed working with you each time and will continue to provide the service and experience to each customer as that's what has made us grow locally and world wide. It was our pleasure. Dave
