You like the Bistec a La Mexicana? Steak, Onions, peppers, and thinly sliced potatoes sometimes with a little green chile. That is a good plate. I miss my Moms cooking. ^^^ You really like El Parral? There was another place in Castle Rock that had descent Mexican food, El Meson. I think that what it was called. They had pretty good food (better than El Parral).
