  1. Look at the first page of this thread.
  2. What happened to Scotty? I have not seen a post from him in a while. 1. chenc544 (Castle Rock) 2. djmonkey841 (Centennial) (maybe) 3. praedet (C-Spgs) (maybe) 4. tommypenguin (Littleton) (maybe) 5. Bskey 6. ScottyBuckeye ~ I'm going to try to drag him down there! 7. enthusiast (Highlands Ranch)
  3. I am running the cusco front and rear sways with the stock endlinks and have not broken them yet. I do have the MSI endlinks that I was running for a while until I noticed that one was just "hanging" there after my last track day. Switched to the stockers and have had no problems. The energy suspension bushings made a big difference over the ones that were in there previously.
  4. I am going to use my Carbotech XP8s on the front and Hawks in the back. I changed the pads at the track last time. I may change them at home this time and bed them in again. I think this time I will have better braking as I have upgraded the lines and rotors from the last track time.
  5. Thanks for coming over Jon. I received your email and quickly posted the link over here hoping to get some LGTs to come out also. You are right about having a great Subaru community in Colorado!
  6. I have some Kumho MX summer tires I will be getting rid of. Only ran one track day last year and very little mileage.
  7. I would second Ted's opinion. I went intermediate last time and had no problems but I have tracked before. I am thinking about trying the aggressive this time (at least once). Ted your car is certainly in the upper category though. I am hoping that you will try one time out in the aggressive camp.
  8. Nick the first session is more of a school than a real track day. You will have lessons and get to practice what you learned out on the track. They split the class up into 3 groups (beginner, intermediate, and aggressive). There were bone stock cars there last time. You should give it a try it is a lot of fun. As far as tuning I have been thinking of seeing if anyone is interested in getting together (small groups) and learning about tuning. First time would just cover the basics about the software itself and then have another one and so on.
  9. Wow, if I buy the KW Variants now no turbo until next year. I will probably buy them from BoostJunkie as he seems to have the best prices. Ted, I thought you were using ST for your tuning? Are you pretty comfortable with Enginuity now? I will definitely hit you up on help with tuning.
  10. Lets see I still have a FMIC to put in but am waiting for my AVO intake to get here. I just got my summer wheels and tires balanced today they will go on tomorrow. I was thinking of getting the swift springs but am going to wait until I can afford the KWs now (thanks Ted). I took my grill off last night and sanded it all down and am painting that flat black. I have been really studying up on the Enginuity tuning due to all of the changes I will be doing and really don't want to pay $300 for each change. Mmmmm injectors... Payment plan?
  11. ^^ That was good. If you watch when he was coming around turn 9 there was a white STi in front of him that almost lost it. It looked worse from the other side of the track. Here are some pics from the same day and if you look at the end I have some video too and you can see those guys getting air. It is a little unnerving at first but you get used to it. I am definitely going to get some in car video this time. If you have firefox piclens plugin my gallery is setup for it. Pics here Oh I almost forgot you will need a helmet for this.
  12. Here is a picture of the track I scanned in from last time. As you come around turn 1 (sweeper curve) I was going 105 but then backed it down as there is a rise there where you can get some air. We went counter clockwise the last time. You park in between turns 8 and 9. Oh BTW did I mention the track has a fresh top on it also? http://www.verticaltier.com/gallery/d/1616-30/golden_track.jpg
  13. I can help you out. What do you have to install?
  14. More info here 8/16 First session will be a driving school day which is a lot of fun. There is only 50 spots though. Cost $50 <--- Cheap! 9/27 Second session will be a track day only. There is 100 spots for this one. Cost: $50 <---Cheap! I have signed up for the first session and am not sure if I will be in town for the second one but am getting that sorted out. The first 50 spots will go quick hurry up and register I believe a helmet is still required.
  15. I might be able to make the firebowl for lunch too.

  17. Dunno yet. I just spent most of the day cleaning the car not looking forward to dirtying it up with the weather tomorrow.
  18. RP and crew are meeting at the 8th Street Walmart in the Springs.
  19. Better bring your umbrellas! Wish the weather was gonna be better like todays was.
  20. I have a tactrix cable and laptop setup but am not sure if I am gonna be able to make it. Ohh wait I just saw in your information that you have a 08 so I dont think it will work. Get the hacked version of ecuexplorer along with your v2 AP and then I could probably help you out
