The XLs are 0.75" longer for aftermarkets exhausts.

take off the intake manifold and TGVs as an assembly then remove all the side feed rails. Install top feed rails. TGV delete install tutorials might help too. **edit** forgot to mention that fuel dampers are part of the side feed rails, you might want to source the top feed fuel rail dampers that are near the strut tower.

They're plastic and hard to remove without breaking. What color is your car? I have one from a '08 SpecB in QSM.

That thing is hit pretty hard. You have to take of the front fasica, grille, and lights. Remove the CRFM (condenser, radiator, fan module assembly) then maybe the core support to try to see how bad the frame is bent. I would recommend a pro to straighten the frame then source 2nd hand parts if you're on a budget.

forget it, get a 3 port EBCS. Oh and talk to your preferred tuner prior to obtaining all of your parts.

The waste gate flange crack isn't atypical and most just run them as-is. I haven't seen the other crack though.
