Well atleast it is faster, only thing that concerns me is Legend's car ran a bit faster on the stock vf40 at the same track. However based upon your slip, with some better drivng your car has a 13.9xx in it as it sits.
The 07+ roms target slightly more boost up top yet the same peak psi(13.5) however they went to a smaller restrictor pill on the BCS which in turn will generate more boost. I would say the catless UP would have an effect on the torque output and spool more than peak HP numbers. Also with a turbo the size of ours I would think a larger diameter UP would be a negative more than positive. The greatest benefit I see is the ability to just slap on a DP and be stg 2.
That is some great driving! On our local track out here Bookjunkie was only able to hit a 12.9 on stg 2 110oct tune on YimiSport's 08 STi. However his trap speed was quite a bit higher (107 mph). That sea level elevation sure does help as well.
Well if you have had your injectors flow tested, use that number for the scaling. You can search around and there should be plenty of places that have the latency posted then just go from there. I also reccommend taking the AEM intake off and going back to the stock box until you have your injectors dialed in.
Get familiar with all the different sites with tuning forums. Cobbforums, Nasioc tuning section and even RomRaider. This will help you greatly when starting off and even later on.
