  1. I've since gotten the Terras and have now had them for around half a year lol. I absolutely love them.
  2. I'm looking at picking up a set of Sparco Terras for my 2010 Legacy, probably either bronze or black. I really dig the rally-esque look of them but I'm having some doubts about durability, since the roads around me are horrible and I've had my stock alloys bend on me from a pothole. If anyone is running a set on their Legacy, how do they look? Are they more durable than stock? I don't want to bend some nice aftermarket wheels
  3. Oh wow only $50 is a great deal for what you're getting. I was considering getting used wheels too but anything solid seems to go for like $1000+. I couldn't find anything with the right size that isn't a rep.
  4. Gotcha. Crazy how (relatively) cheap STI sway bars are, is $100 around how much they'd go for?
  5. Yeah I've heard a lot about "throwing in an STI sway bar" like it's nothing. You can literally just buy an STI sway bar and slap it on with no adaptors or other tweaks?
  6. Ok, so maybe not the best place to ask this, but I'd like some feedback on potential mods for my '10 (with the CVT unfortunately). It's still my daily and I'm trying to just personalize it a little without spending a ton of money or doing anything substantial. I plan on not doing a ton of exterior stuff to avoid becoming a ricer, but I don't really know what does and doesn't constitute a ricer at this point. Potential: Orsini logo overlays (or replacement emblems if someone makes them for the 5th gen) Rallyarmor mudflaps, either model-specific or universal Megan Racing or Whiteline rear sway bar Nameless axleback exhaust with 5' muffler Already done: Blacked out rear badging (but not star cluster) with Plastidip Grimmspeed front license plate relocate Again, feedback appreciated! Let me know what is and isn't reasonable and/or a good idea. I don't want to look like a ricer, go broke, or both.
  7. Also judging by Subaru's parts website here the same exact towhook fits 4th and 5th gen Legacies. Time to try out Grimmspeed's version for the 4th gen I guess? Doesn't look like it has the same "neck" thing that doesn't allow it to screw in.
  8. Didn't measure with an actual ruler but judging by visual inspection the threads are the same diameter. It seems that the "neck" where the bolt widens is too close to the threads, not allowing them to reach the threaded part of the hole.
  9. Hey everyone. I'm new here and I have a problem: I got a Grimmspeed license plate relocation kit for my 2010 Legacy (Grimmspeed say it fits) and the rod thing that you put in the tow hook hole doesn't want to thread. Does anyone else have experience with the kit on a 5th gen? Possible fixes?
