Shello007
Has anyone else have these issues? I'm driving , then A/P just goes blank and reset. Connection to OBDII recepatacle is pretty secure. Also, Wouldn't it be great if they could update software that would allow it to shut off when ignition is shut off? My 'screen saver' ( Turning Cogs) are burnt into my screen. Suggestions anyone? chimera
v1 or v2? From what I've read on here v1 had alot of intermittent issues like this. Edit: not that this necessarily helps answer your question, but it may help narrow down your search.

BlazeRex
Ask Cobb themselves. Customer support from them is top notch.
acumenhokie
I have an AP3 and not had this issue. In regards to not turning off I contacted Cobb support about it a month ago and there's no way other than unplugging (officially). I had my installer hard wire it in so now it turns on and off with the acc position.
COBB Tuning
Do you have the V2 Accesport that uses a silver dongle connecting to the OBD port or our updated V2b Accessport which uses a 1-piece cable? Are you able to shake any of the connections and cause the Accessport to reset? Marshall@COBB
Shello007
I have the second one you described. The cable is pretty secured. I have it mounted next to instrument cluster. While cruising on highway, at times, without bumps it will simply reset, go back to home screen.
ScoobyGT15
Mine does this too. I tried wiggling the wire to see if thats what is causing it but its not. Did you ever contact Cobb, or get your problem resolved? Wondering if theres an easy solution??
Shello007
I haven't contacted them. Since I've adjusted the connection, and re routed the wire away from left foot rest, it seems to have eliminated this problem. Tkingsley03
You may of just been bumping the cord enough to break the connection. I'd say roll with it unless it acts up again. Could be a short in the cable
