Funkyman831
Okay so I have been looking for Wheels all day and I can't decide what I should go with. I also am a pretty big newbie when it comes to this, so I would like to know if I would have any trouble installing these myself on my 05 LGT. I am certain the 17's would be no problem, but honestly the 18" has peaked my interest. 1. http://www.ebay.com/itm/18-DRAG-DR34-BLACK-RIMS 2. http://www.ebay.com/itm/17-DRAG-DR35-BLACK-RIMS-WHEELS-17x7-5-45-5x100- 3. http://www.ebay.com/itm/17-ENKEI-EV5-BRONZE-RIMS-WHEELS-17x7-45-5x100 4. http://www.ebay.com/itm/17-Wheels-Vibe-tC-Impreza-Kizashi-Celica-Corolla-Matrix-S2000-WRX-Lancer And for clarification, I really NEED new wheels. I was having too much fun in the snow and I whacked against a curb which broke a chunk off of my rims rendering them useless, plus the rims had rust damage from the previous owner so I might as well start fresh. I also have no idea what kind of wheels they were, but I know they were Japanese wheels from SYMS and 17" I believe.

stuck686
all but the last ones are a pretty good fit. +40 offset on the last ones will stick out pretty far
Funkyman831
What kind of offset should I be looking for? I was looking at that sticky thread but it didn't make much sense to me...
stuck686
7.5" (+40mm to +54mm offset, +55) 8.0" (+43mm to +51mm offset, +53) 8.5" (+45mm to +48mm offset, +45) last number is closest to oem
Billy Dagwood
I will be taking them off of my old wheels. Fair enough, but what I meant was...why would you take the trouble putting them on the car yourself if you have to have a shop mount and balance the tires on the wheels anyway? Funkyman831
Okay I need help understanding what kind of difference a +40 and a +45 offset would make on my LGT. I looked and my tires are 215/45/17. I am trying to find a 17" and here are some others I have found but I don't know what I should do. If I can go with +40 I will because it's a little bit cheaper, that is if it doesn't affect performance. http://lsdmotorsports.com/prod/901110006011.html http://lsdmotorsports.com/prod/XXR-52577102.html These are the two I am debating on.
