The white guy totally signaled his kick with his Jean Claude Van Damme arm movement. Good strikers will cover their face and groin while attempting a kick in TKD.

From my review it appears to hit him in the back of the head and the upper back...then goes flat and moves past him. Could just be my perspective.

Having ridden for a lot of years, and taught the MSF Basic and Advanced Rider Courses, I would not want to have been him when that thing bucked him off, especially at pursuit speeds.

I watched the slow motion version and it could have hit him. Eitherway it is somewhat Ironic that it is a cop that flew off his bike to show how bad of an idea speed bumps are at intersections.

its a funeral procession. what they do is they have the motor guys clear intersections one at a time, up to 3 or 4 bikes could have one intersection depending on how much traffic it usually sees. then they have to haul ass up to the next main intersection to set up for it.

each detail squad has different assignments and duties. some will keep escort at 5mph and some will be hauling ass to get from the back to the front, reaching speeds of who knows just to get there in time. it really is a hell of a task, to execute properly and get everything to go smoothly.

also, if you look closely, the guys who walk off the curb to check on his wellbeing are in full BDUs with ballcaps, probably in a specialized unit, but also part of the funeral.

ive had that happen to me, but i didnt go down. i was lucky, i had my hand down holding onto the seat for warmth, so when i went airborne i was already holding on to the seat. i landed laying basically on my belly across the seat, slid my ass up and wobbled for a few seconds. scary as ****.

edit: mine was over a railroad crossing, not speed bump. i didnt know it was going to launch me, so i was doing 45ish mph
