LegacyKid5
So I'm in the process of upgrading my suspension, I'm throwing some swift wagon specific springs on konis, and thinking for sways I'm going to go with perrin, 22mm in front and 25mm in back. Now my question is which endlinks to go with. I'm debating between Kartboys and Perrin and was just curious to get opinions from people who own either, or who have any experience with both. Any advantage of one over the other?

Heedz
I have a perrin 22mm with the spherical endlinks... they clunk for some reason.
FPerron
They clunk because they are spherical bearing endlinks:lol: My favorites are MSI.
LegacyKid5
I was told by a local Subaru mechanic that the old perrin were spherical endlinks and he wouldn't recommend them on any street driven car, as apposed to the new perrin polyurethane endlinks which are comparable to the kartboys. jhow257415
I had the same questions about endlinks? I actually don't have a personal experience with Perrin, but much research info. I would go with Kartboy (I actually went with them) after watching the 5 video manufacturing process on the "tube". They are made of high grade thick metal (aluminum I suppose), 1 piece units, and are extremely heavy duty. Kartboy offers all 4 with washers and hardware for a package deal of $200.00 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cxmak9wYhMw]Kartboy Droplinks Manufacturing pt1 - YouTube[/ame]
fahr_side
I've been running the Kartboy links for 3 years, no problems with them once properly aligned and installed. Would definitely buy them again. Obligatory 'build thread' Increased capacity to 2.7 liters, still turbo, but no longer need spark plugs. xero287
Get the new perrin ones. The poly bushing type.
PirateDuck
I installed the Perrin poly bushing endlinks up front a few weeks ago. They replaced the worn out, clunky stockers and do a great job. They are cheaper than the Kartboy links and are very sturdy.

LegacyKid5
Picked up a set of the new polyurethane Perrins front and rear from NWSPECB's sale, getting a Perrin 22mm front sway bar this weekend. Just need to pick up AVO brackets for the rear as well as a Perrin 25mm rear bar.
AZP Installs
For the front of the 05-09 LGTs we suggest the KB endlinks. The rears are too short for lowered 05-09 cars so we use the Whiteline rears, they are very well sealed and adjustable, we've installed a ton of KB and WL units over the years. -Mike Paisan http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/91072632.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/145749898/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/133406601.jpg http://www.whiteline.com.au/images/logos/perf1.jpg 11+ Years Maintaining, Modifying and Educating TriState Subaru Enthusiasts. LegacyDan
So lowered about 35mm and the KB rears won't work? Do WL do a solid endlink? For the front of the 05-09 LGTs we suggest the KB endlinks. AZP Installs
We've found the solid KBs to be too short to accommodate any lowered cars. The WL ones are similar to the stock setup including rubber boots etc. Very resistant to the the weather. They are adjustable (at least when you install them) so you can set them to the proper length not to cause issues of hitting the sway bars like the other solid ones out there. -Mike Paisan http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/91072632.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/145749898/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/133406601.jpg http://www.whiteline.com.au/images/logos/perf1.jpg 11+ Years Maintaining, Modifying and Educating TriState Subaru Enthusiasts.
