2008 Spec.B 56k Miles - Under 15k

I just found the car I've been looking for. However, I'm suspicious of the price. It seems about 10k under the suggested retail. The pictures make the car look like it's in great shape.

It's being sold by a dealer. What are some things to look out for when I got to look at it? I emailed them about a carfax but they said they don't have the commercial license so I would have to travel to see it. Also, do I look for a mechanic in their area to get the car looked at? Or can I get the car taken to someone in my area?

Id be concered about title status - Im not sure why Carfax wouldnt share the info , Id get the whole VIN and get in touch wiht your local DMV to doulbe check the title status -

BUT , then again , it could just be a really good deal - maybe the dealership has had it a while and they need to turn it to save floor plan charges - maybe ?

I'm really hoping it's just a crazy awesome deal, because I'm getting really excited about it. I didn't think I would find this car, it's the same color I want, model, year.

I think I just found the car you're looking at it. I also called the dealer and arranged for purchase, thanks for bringing it to my attention!

Not really, lol. That price is absurd. Either something is seriously wrong with it or they just priced it incorrectly. It has aftermarket wheels, possibly other mods but they don't show a picture of the engine bay. You could have a mechanic take a look, but this car will probably go quick so do it soon if you're serious about picking it up.

"Bullet-proof" your OEM TMIC! <<Buy your kit here>>

Not currently in stock :(

Yea, I saw the wheels and I became a little cautious. Even if there a few things that need to be replaced, it's still very cheap. I was hoping for something stock, or close to it.

From the pics - looks like wrong offset wheels with weird alignment, so who knows how it feels while driving. Might be okay otherwise, just scaring the crap out of potential buyers. Drive it, have it inspected/leaked down/compression tested. For extra 4-5k (I'm asking 20k for mine, lol) you can get engine replaced if it comes to it.

I actually like the wheel offsets, I just hope it doesn't mess with the ride. My other problem is that I'm not very comfortable with driving stick yet, so I wouldn't be the one to drive it..
