Whiteline makes a bump-steer kit.. I believe it comes with outer tie rods & front lower ball joints. I'll copy their description.

"The Whiteline bump-steer correction kit extends the factory front end tie-rods to keep the axles at nearly the same distance from the frame at the steering box, eliminating axle tilt and subsequently curing bump-steer. Search for ball joint post here.

 

You may be better off to buy the spindle and new ball joint, and save the labor time trying to remove the old ball joint.

 

In the long run, it may work out cheaper and easier if your DIY.
