Zues Marine
and you will love it!! 2.5" mandrel bent, 18" resonator, 1046 VP Muffler, make sure to heat wrap those thin headers or else you'll hear a bunch of lifter tick and it'll drive you insane... Zues Marine
yeah, 2.5" will cause you to lose some back-pressure but i also had grinded cams so 2.5 was perfect for me... it'll work fine on a stock motor, these cars are slow anyways
Artsiook
does a qtr of an inch really make a difference?

Artsiook
whats a general cost to get cams grinned? because i really like how yours sounds.
Zues Marine
its like $100ish each at Delta Cams which is actually really close to you, so the DOHC would run about $200/head, $400 total maybe since youre a short drive away, they could swing you a deal depending on how you grind them, you'll end up with either much more torgue/low-end power or a different grind could result in more high end speed
I Donated broknindarkagain Posted May 31, 2012 I Donated Share Posted May 31, 2012 Here is my car running straight pipes with stock cats. I broke my muffler off when I was trail riding...so I just replaced it with a piece of pipe. And yes, my car is that dirty. Its my off road toy. Zues Marine
and relatively cheap ... 50' of 2" is plenty enough for those of you wondering, SS zip ties are better than the screw clamps i used too ha
