Your photos have drastically improved!!

Haha, thanks! I kept looking over my past photos and realized how much they actually sucked. These came out somewhat decent with no sun being of no help at all.

So I mean are you looking for a comfortable reliable fast car or just a fast car.

Reliable fast

The vette would be a good choice. The ls motors are usually pretty rock solid and vettes even though I don't prefer to drive them they are fun good handling fast cars.

Fun and fast

Do a build. Miata is a good package for ls motors. Also know a guy with a miata with a 2jz transplant. Nothing like a go kart with 500-600 hp.

My issue is I can see over the windshield on first gen miatas.

Second this is a DD. So it need to be that middle of the road compromise. As the V is now. It has to get me to work every day(that I actually drive it) in relative comfort. it has to be fast and entertaining to drive. And should be a head turner of sorts.

Ok got ya. Well why are you giving up on the V? Just need something new?

But a 335i is nice. But reliability and maintenance costs aren't good.

But for the money your pretty much stuck with the vette. Although I have heard good things on the 5.0 but stacked against the ls family, the vette is more reliable.

But yea sounds like your a touch too tall for a miata. Although that'd be classic to roll around in a Miata looking out over the window with a helmet on. That situation would be a head turner.

I loev my V. I want something more.... BEAT-ON able. If that makes sense. The limited aftermarket and its price along with the weak rear and its 4000 dollar fix... just want something more performance oriented.

The V is great in most respects. COmfortable. Powerful. But I never launch it because of that fear. It is a nice raw sedan. But I also no longer NEED a sedan. So why not right?
