89fc3s Posted January 14, 2012 Share Posted January 14, 2012 What else can I do that won't take too much time in the morning? Push ups, sit ups? How many should I start with to ease into it? Great way to build a solid base or to keep in halfway decent shape. I spent three years doing workouts in the Army before I started lifting. Built a good base for myself.
