Wow *drool* this car is absolutely gorgeous. I am loving this color combination. It's too bad that this model will probably not make it over here. Thanks to nasioc.com for the link http://www.subaru.co.jp/legacy/wrlimited/ :o Just did a quick conversion on the price- this car, in USD, is ~$28K. Also, I thought the Japanese Spec B's came with a 6-MT, not a 5-MT

Oh MAN! I think I just soiled myself. That is one sweet looking color combo. I would be hard pressed to say that I wouldn't choose WRB if it was available here. Of course it does give off a more "racey" vibe than any of the other colors, even the red. The Gauges also appear to be different. But you are right.. it's a combo that fits better on the Impreza platform. Still good to see something new! Awesome seats! I want these lights! Too bad these are probably only 7" wide :( neat little gadget here! I would buy one, if I could afford it.. i wonder how much they are? This looks cold Sorry, I got a little pic happy :D

Hey dont worry about being pic happy, if I could navigate to find those pics, I would post them as well! I think those gold rims would look kind of slick on the regal blue pearl. A little bit less racey than the WRB, and a little more elegant. The gauge lighting looks like a Mazda 6's, not that impressive.

*THAT* is the car I want. I would kill for that car (even though it is a *Bit* more tarty then I like and everyone I know would make fun of me, THAT is the car I've been waiting for and will never see) -Allen

I just browsed through the JDM website and the WR-Limited model is really just a cosmetic modification of the Spec B (except for the 18" wheels). I agree that the all red EL gauges are not that impressive. They should have put some WR blue in those dials! Ken

this should be a visual taste of the forthcoming Legacy STI. This looks like an image car, for the WR team. nothing wrong with that. This could become the STi Appearance package, for the GT and GT Ltd. Sedans and wagons. The Legacy STi should also look like this, with a more agressive front bumper, and significant performance mods. Thanks for the pics, it looks awesome. - just leave the stock blue-white numerals on the gauges, as standard. All red is not an upgrade, it actually would be harder to read.

The Subaru "world rally team" seats pictured look like the same as the sport seats in the Leg GT/Ltd, with cosmetic fabric changes and vroom, vroom labels. Are the seats the same or improved in any way?

Soemthing interesting I saw over at nasioc.com about this car "Front ventilated Disk brake (17 inch 2 pot) 0 0 Rear ventilated Disk brake (15 inches) 0 0 18 inch aluminum wheel (Fin type gold paint) * * 215/45R18 tire 0 0 " Holy crap... are those rally spec brakes or what?

I think that refers to the minimum wheel size. That car's a bit tarty for me, and it would be more expensive than $29K here in States, trust me on that one. They can keep the rally boy stuff (blue w/gold wheels), but I do like the concept of the seats, with the leather bolsters and fabric (suede?) inserts. And those WRC logos are really, really funny. Those must add 20hp by themselves. The guys over at NASIOC are wetting themselves over the car, and I don't see why. Seems to be, as SUBE said, a Spec B with some tarting up. Kevin

Kevin, I thought you were leaving NASIOC FOREVER! Guess not. I think it looks really nice but would have been nice to have just been something past a Spec B with all the aesthetic goodies. Looks pretty sexy IMO though.

Give me those sport seats and suspension and brakes that are just as sport oriented and I'd stay in the Subaru camp. But if it were to happen by then it'll be too late; I'll be gone. I'm moving toward selling the Legacy, I have someone interested in my motorcycle, and I'm getting my deposit back from Mastro Subaru on Monday.

He doesn't have to leave, Ha-Evolution didn't and some others as well. If he enjoys it here, no reason to leave. Always welcome despite make/model.

Yeah, we're all car geeks anyway, so the more the merrier. Plus, I might not have an S2K or Miata, but that doesn't mean I'm not interested in them. ;)

So will we see anything like this on US turf within the next few years? Looks pretty good to me, hope it counts underneath that beautiful blue dress.

It's just a Spec B model '3.7L'. Well, with a few trimmings, but for performance, it will do exactly the same things a normal Spec B will, just maybe a little prettier.
