I know a guy who got rear-ended because the person behind him couldn't see his brake lights because his tails were tinted. The accident totalled his car. That point aside, tinted tails are incredibly dangerous and risky for other drivers trying to work out what you are doing. Multiple times I have though people have had blown tail lights when it's just been heavily tinted exactly like yours. I do like how it looks but also find it quite risky.
