SlickSpur Posted July 3, 2011 Share Posted July 3, 2011 I'm about 10k or so into putting Pro Kits on with my stock struts (at 30k now, put on at 20k). I love the ride, but am wondering when I should start thinking about replacement of the struts. How long have you guys been going on this set up before you had to replace the struts? tito_b0y Posted July 3, 2011 Share Posted July 3, 2011 2k Miles. I had the Epic/Eibach springs put on my stock shocks/struts around 37k. It was nice for awhile, but it soon felt like I was hitting the bump stops every time I went over dips, railroad tracks, and small potholes. I scored a deal on shox.com for the Konis and had them replace the stockers around 39k. When I asked the guys over at AZP (they did the install), they said they were already on their way out.
