frank_ster Posted September 19, 2012 Share Posted September 19, 2012 The apparent big deal with these cars is acceleration it seems to take a lot of gas For the poster who is struggling to get 16 what would you get it you reset the trip meter and went 75 mph on the highway? That should be between 28-35 mpg For normal acceleration the turbo is spun up to create boost but then isn't used unless you floor it. This uses up energy more back pressure so the engine has to work harder.
