thestratomaster
Recently picked up some 06 wrx wheels for pretty cheap. I think I like the look but I'm thinking about going darker with them. Need to fix some minor curbage anyways. I don't know if I should powder coat or just fix the curbage and paint them myself. I'd like to hear opinions on colors. If you want to suggest whether I should powder coat or paint, I'd like to hear that as well. Madjik_Man
Gunmetal or flat black IMO.
thestratomaster
I was leaning towards flat black. I'm still trying to decide if I like the style or not though too
98LGTLover
Those look good! If I had a newer LGT the same color as yours I would definitely rock those with option 2.
fahr_side
They look nice, but they are heavy. Keep these for winter and go aftermarket for summer. thestratomaster
They look nice, but they are heavy. Keep these for winter and go aftermarket for summer. They are surprisingly heavy. I was thinking about doing that but I already have 16s and decent tires for winter. I may rock these for a bit and then sell my other wheels for an aftermarket set. fahr_side
They are surprisingly heavy. Haha. Be glad you didn't buy the '08~'10 WRX wheels, because they are heavier still! 16's for winter will save you a lot of $$ on tires and work even better. Stick with those. BAC5.2
Option 1. I am not a fan of black/dark wheels.
